My experience at the passport appointment today was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The staff in Token counter & Section A displayed a highly arrogant and dismissive attitude throughout the process. Their tone of communication was rude, impatient and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of assisting applicants in a professional manner, they behaved as though they were doing us a favour. The attitude of the guys in the initial counters (Token & Section A) is like that of some random STREET-LOAFER. And the females manage the work as if they are handling their Household Kitchen work. What kind of a NONSENSE is this? This is a paid public service. Applicants deserve respect, clarity, and professionalism -- not condescension. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic service etiquette and workplace decorum among the staff in the initial sections (Token counter, Section A & B). For a facility managed by TCS, one would expect properly trained personnel with adequate communication skills and customer-handling standards. Unfortunately, the conduct observed suggested poor training, weak supervision and a serious gap in professionalism. Data processing roles like the one done at Passport office require bare minimum skills which too is lacking in the staff hired here. They lack the basic discipline, accountability and respectful public interaction that is required of them. Public-facing staff must understand that behaviour and communication are as important as procedural efficiency. Such experiences damage trust in public service systems. I strongly urge the authorities and the managing company to review staff behaviour, implement proper customer service training and enforce accountability standards. The infrastructure is GOOD, with clean premises but Service Delivery & ATTITUDE of staff is Unprofessional and Highly Incompetent. This level of service is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON YOU TCS!

The people accept a black and white photocopy if it's copied within premises which is fading and having roller marks But a colourfull bond paper Xerox is denied. I leave the readers to imagine the rest. The officers are great. Rest everything infact is great. If some one get to read from this office, please do take corrective measures. People are hassled without a proper logical reason.

First of all, Alhamdulillah and thanks to Allah for helping me recover my important original documents. On 14 February 2026, during my passport verification at Passport Seva Kendra - Ruby, my Class 10 original marksheet, Class 12 original passing certificate, original OBC-A certificate, and original birth certificate were unfortunately misplaced. I was extremely worried. I realized this on 16 February 2026. On 17 February 2026, I remained absent from my college internship and visited the office, but the security staff informed me that no documents were found. On 18 February 2026, I searched nearby Xerox and print shops and asked everyone, but no one had seen them. On 19 February 2026, during Ramadan, while fasting, I again visited and inquired, but I was told nothing was found. That day I was very sad and almost accepted that I might not get my documents back. I even lodged a General Diary (GD) at Kasba Police Station regarding the missing documents. My family and I prayed sincerely, hoping for a miracle. Then on 20 February 2026 (2nd Ramadan, Friday) at around 11 AM, I received a call from the Passport Office informing me that my documents had been found. I was extremely happy and thanked Allah. After informing my family, I went after Jumu'ah prayer and collected all my documents safely. I truly appreciate the honesty, responsibility, and professionalism of the staff for informing me and returning my documents safely. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

One of the worst passport office, I was having appoyyfor my 1 year baby, but the didn't care simply make in stand in a queue for more than 40 minutes and later refused for process by giving silly reason that you are from other state so ho to your nearest passport office. They cannot talk you in rightly and give you proper information. My experience at the passport appointment today was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. My visit to the centre was amazing. My case was re-issue of my passport. Everything went smoothly and fast. I had to visit 3 counters and at each counter I spent 2 to 3 minutes. Only problem that I faced was that they did not accept e-PAN an e-aadhar and I had to photocopy them again from a photocopy booth inside the office and the charge for them were Rs 4/-, which is quite high than the shops outside. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Despite taking a appointment and reaching 15 minutes prior to my appointment timing Many folx including me had to stand in line outside on the road, folx who had children and elders with them had to suffer because of how messy the system is. Standing on the road in line is humiliating enough. But to be shown such utter disrespect by the security teams publicly is proof of how mismanaged and obnoxiously maintained this place is!

Process was very smooth. We reached right on time for our appointment & despite the huge line outside we were given entry at our time. Inside the process was very fast & efficient. It took us total 30-40 min only from entry to exit. Xerox machine is also available inside which is very convenient.

After submitting my online application, I read many negative reviews and became worried about choosing this Passport Seva Kendra. However, my actual experience was completely different and much better than expected. My reporting time was 4:00 PM, but I reached at 3:30 PM and was allowed to enter early. I carried PAN, Aadhaar, last educational certificate, and all other original documents with xerox copies just to be safe. The process was systematic: * Initial desk verified PAN, Aadhaar, and educational certificate. * Token number was handwritten on my application receipt (10-15 minutes). * Section A: Photo, biometrics, and document scan (5 minutes). They asked for some additional documents, but since I had everything, it was smooth. * Section B: Around 1 hour waiting; verification again (5 minutes). * Section C: Final confirmation of details like date of birth (5 minutes). Important: They only scan documents. All original and xerox copies remain with you throughout the process nothing is physically submitted. I left by 5:00 PM. Total time: around 1.5 hours. Suggestions: Carry all original documents and xerox copies. Carry water. Be patient and polite. Ensure you collect your originals at each counter. Overall, a smooth, structured, and professional experience. Much better than what online reviews suggested.
