Passport office

The experience was not so good especially at the counters distributing tokens... They are rude and don't co-operate at all .. they try to harass and annoy people and try to find faults so that they don't have to serve you. I had forgotten my marriage certificate but the person at the counter asked me to reschedule although I had it in my phone but he asked me to leave. But there was a kind person whose name I can't remember, he was APO who helped me with idea of filling in annexure J which is used in place of marriage certificate but the person at the counter could have guided me but he didn't want to co-operate at all. The other people at different counters serving as A, B, AND C are ok. Some of them are rude but they serve well

This is my third trip to this office... And every time I'm just in awe.. On their efficiency.. And strictness of rules and helpfulness... Once they get you in... It's just a series of three to four times of hopping from Getting the token.. To find your A kiosk... Then B.. And lastly C kiosk.. And the mini cafe kiosk is just awesome!!! Try.. Especially the Paneer tandoor sandwich... i can recommend as I ordered for that.. And if you've kids with you, you can order for Hot chocolate too! If your documents are not proper, then of course it will not be so smooth... But then thats our problem not theirs!!!

My worst experience in my entire life in passport office..... Today my mother have a appointment so I request a security officer to allow me with my mother to enter into the office because my mother was not able to read or write so she needs a help....He or She (security) not allowed me or telling me..wo document show nahi kar payenge to rehne do passport Mat banao....and my mother go alone in the office she faced many problems.

I went passport office today ,i met a mannerless Girl Sitting in the counter A6 ..worst experience ...log khte h surat ni ho to sirat hoti h ,but that girl has no surat no seerat...i ll complaint about the Incident to higher authority...Worst experience ever...Higher Official shoulteache her how to talk to anyone...

The officers are rude, they don't help the people, they don't even tell what to do properly, they will make you run from one counter to different counter. My experience was very bad with psk ruby park

This passport office is not good. All my papers are fine. I need ECNR passport. But gave me ECR.

Working is very fast and so good behaviour all staff
