Passport document verification.

Worst department and staff. Specially APO of this department. These people doesn't value the time of the person disgusting

All staff behaviour is so so bad ..from the security to everyone don't why they show this much arrogance.they didn't even help a bit ..I face so much harrasment from them they should more polite or may be helpful .bcs everyone is not like them as they pretend they know everything like their harrassing mentality..

Lot of rush I feel few more setups r needed atleast 4

I had a really good experience at the passport office. The processing took only 20-30 minutes. The office was very clean and had a nice environment

My experience over here is worst , the timing given for my slot was over crowded along with mismanagement of previous slots made it worst . No proper system of break schedule, all the counters get closed at one time , there are 14 counter all gone for the lunch at the same time , took me around 3 hours to complete my documents verification (After having all the right documents available)my actual timing was 1.00 clock but I left there at 4.00 clock , this all due to a lack in the system of rules and lathegic staff along with the high command who doesn't care about the mismanagement going in this office , this behaviour that all counters get closed at a particular time is totally unacceptable and I as an individual felt exhausted after this experience, they should immediately take an action over this mismanagement as soon as possible ..

The service offered was great and smooth. The process was done on time and with proper guidance. Overall a great experience and after TCS providing support it's really great.

If your all documents are Correct & Available ,then No problem for passport
