Post Office Counter Service (5/5 stars) I visited this post office a few hours ago to book a parcel, and my experience was absolutely amazing. Before I came, I was worried and expected a bad experience because I had read so many negative reviews. They all seemed genuine, so I was prepared for the worst. However, my visit was seamless and so much better than I anticipated. The madam at the booking counter was well-behaved and provided a great experience. She helped me book my parcel smoothly, and they even had online payment options, which was very convenient. Her behavior was so good that I was able to frankly tell her I had been worried because of the other reviews. I even gave her a compliment on the service. She mentioned that sometimes customers behave badly, which might be why some reviews are negative. My final verdict is this: don't let the negative reviews deter you. While they may be genuine experiences, you should still visit and try the service for yourself. I'm glad I did, as I had a fantastic experience and was very impressed. Parcel Delivery Service (5/5 stars) Initially, the parcel delivery service for this post office was not great. Their agents gave a lot of misinformation, seemingly just to avoid delivering parcels to my doorstep and force me to collect them from the post office. However, I escalated the issue to a higher level, and since then, I haven't had a single problem. The delivery experience has been superb and very smooth. I truly appreciate the change. I've also found that many of my local friends and other people in the reviews faced the same initial issue agents not wanting to deliver to the doorstep. While my first experience was not good, the service has become incredibly smooth and reliable since my escalation. I've had no bad experiences since then, and the service has been excellent. Because of this improved and reliable service, I give it a full 5-star rating.

Most of the time either link failur or cable line disconnected or no electricity due to meter problem where is all other offices and shop of same building has power. No power backup system. Customer care service is totally poor.

They will never deliver your parcel and will route to some far away different post office.

Staffs are very unprofessional. My wife visited there to courier something to Delhi and when asked some basic questions the person in the counter answered very rudely. May be he was not happy with he was doing. Like someone rightly said "If you are not having fun with your job, it will show".

They deserve ZERO stars. They misbehave with everyone. They leave work in the middle go away from their desks. They say someone else will come and do the rest of the work and keep all waiting in the queue. Each and everyone working here should be fired and be replaced with compassionate and young people.

The landline number here never receives calls. There is no other nThis post office provides very poor service.umber either.

Wrost post office i ever seen no one know English and hindi they only know bengali... I think the post office will renamed as only bengali post-office. And the way of talking of their staff is very rudely the women sit their was thinking that she is the CEO of india may be..
