Worst place. Most of the times they pile up their works and procrastinate. So they keep shipments for months and don't release at all. My box reached this place on 11th November and since then they did not update at all. I called them and they don't pickup. I visited on 1st December. They asked me to show purchase receipts. I showed and they said the box will be released within 4-5 days. That 5 days turned into more weeks. I called them again. They did not pick up. I went again on 18th December. I requested them earnestly to release the box. They said it'll be released on that day. I still waited there for some hours and the website wasn't showing any new update at all. I asked them to release the box instantly as it's not possible to travel for hours to reach this place again and again not having a proper outcome. Now finally the website is showing that the box has been sent to the next forwarding office. I don't know when I'll get the box but this whole 1.5 months has been traumatic because of them.

If your parcel gets stuck here it's ggs. Customs department staff are very casual, they pile up the parcels and make you wait 20-25 before it gets delivered to you. The irony is that the parcel took 5 days to reach India, then 25 days to reach my home. Don't bother wasting your time and going there to talk with the customs officers, they will release your parcel when they feel like it.

Many efficient officials are posted here, they deal with international mails. Honestly speaking they try their best to serve customers at cheapest price compared to the others and keep their promise "Dak Sewa, Jan Sewa"

Worst office and trash customer service, my parcel has been stuck for almost a month now and they dont even pickup my call. My parcel took 5 days to reach India from abroad and now its almost a month my parcel being stuck there!

Galactic Failure & Stone Age Service 1. Absolute Worst Delivery System. The service provided by Kolkata Foreign LCO is unacceptable. 2. Zero Efficiency: Mankind has reached the moon, but this LCO operates at "Cave Man" speed. 3. Total Silence: They are too "busy" to respond to any calls or emails--there is complete communication blackout. This systemic failure proves this service needs to be privatized.

Very good helping behaviour of the staffs. They always help, guide and take care regarding booking of shipments whether it is personal or commercial.

I had sent goods from Saudi Arabia and they sent them to the customs department citing customs duty on my goods. I had sent them from Saudi Arabia after spending a lot of money, yet I had to pay 2700 in India. What did I have to pay for, there is nothing? Service!

Worst experience ever! Especially the staff ALDEA VAIPHEI. Very rude and greedy. Even after i paid the custom taxes there is still no update since then. And i can't reach them anymore i don't know what to do since I'm out of India It's Been 5 days now These people stole my parcel This office is full of thieves
