Experience was extremely smooth. Officer Mounika was extremely helpful through the process.

No sitting facility outside or inside for 1 family member who came along ,outside VFs no chairs,no fan,I had to sit on floor on which every metro train user were walking with thier footwear,keep in mind some footwear may have been spoiled with urine or feces. Waste service for tax payers by Ministry of External Affairs or Foriegn ministry.

A very disoriented and apathetic service provider. Booked normal service, made me switch to lounge for arriving a bit late to the centre. Switching to the lounge should have been a plus, but no. Waiting times are absurd. Be ready to spend at least 3-4 hours at this place waiting for the final fingerprint step. And this is the lounge experience, god knows what happens if you opt for the normal service. Out of 5 cabins/counters, only 2 were operating. Deserves 0 stars but at least snacks are offered in lounge service. Word of advice, bring your phone charger cause you will have nothing else to pass the time.

They charged me 20k in premium lounge for my business visa and when I asked them gst bill they don't know what is the meaning of gst bill. I gave them not satisfied inside and then he is saying no you can't give not satisfied to us please give again that you're satisfied... they pushed me to give them 5 star rating inside. Secondly premium lounge is just a fake setup to charge 10k extra to customers and fool them. Luckily for them I'm abroad now otherwise I'll file a grievance with consumer court regarding mental harassment and torture done to me and seek compensation.. If you're going there be rude to the staff and show them there actual value. Don't give respect they don't deserve it.

Staff is trying to help but the management and process is very slow. It will take 3 or 4 hours even when you come with a booked slot. Unfortunately no other options if you need visa service for Saudi Arabia.

My appointment was on time and the entire process was hassle free. I got my task done in 1 hour. If you have all the documents ready, and you arrive at the alloted time it is going to be smooth and quick. The team is helpful.

Smooth service at VFS , cooperative staff . All process done within 90 mins , not much crowded . Make sure applications carry all required documents , xerox , photos etc for smooth submission. Xerox / Photo service available near to VFS but at huge rate . @VFS Tasheer should make seating facilities for applicants , they are charging enough money for services so they should provide at least seating arrangements . Ladies and Senior citizens had a tough time . Hope they make seating arrangements soon .

1.Not allowing kids below 4years as no biometrics required 2.Not allowing single person inside for assistance to their family. 3.Process takes too much time inside. 4.Staff is good, helpful, and especially Miss Likhitha and Mr Syed Zoheb as I came in contact with them for completing the process, I found both of them well mannered, well disciplined, very helpful and answering our queries with patience
