Good news for old city people passport seva kendra is in the old city at mahatma ghandhi bus stop. Centre is huge but the service here is too slow.please improve the service. People have to wait too long and at the waiting area very few chairs are available. Elderly people have to wait standing.

Today and tomorrow VIPs are coming hence no 4 wheeler parking. Temporary police stationed there couldn't explain directions or what alternatives to do. Worst location for passport office. If you get appointment at this location and you are with your family with children and mother (having walking difficulties) best of luck. Better bring wheeler and baby pram stroller. Cause you have to wait standing with children.

It would typically take 3-4 Hours to complete the passport application verification process. They bifurcate the application in 3-4 categories. 1. Normal = 3-4 Hours 2. Senior Citizen= 1 Hour 3. Tatkal = 1 Hour Only One person is allowed with the applicant inside the office. They have enough seating arrangements. The staff/Employees are good and helpful. Make sure to check and take all the required documents for a hassle free experience.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my appointment today. The staff interaction was both rude and disrespectful, contributing to a highly unsatisfactory experience. Despite presenting all original documents as required, I was informed that photocopies were also mandatory. I promptly provided these copies, but the staff insisted they were not "clear enough" and subsequently rescheduled my appointment. I found the complete lack of flexibility and common courtesy appalling. When I requested a mere five to ten minutes to obtain clearer photocopies, my request was flatly denied, and I was instructed to return on a different date. This policy makes no sense, especially given the availability of printers and scanners on site. The purpose of presenting original, verifiable documents is to confirm identity and information; requiring technically pristine photocopies seems redundant and inefficient. Furthermore, the staff's unwillingness to make a minor accommodation, given I had the originals in hand, suggests poor customer service standards. I believe this rigid enforcement of rules, which prioritizes a photocopied piece of paper over valid, original documentation, is a clear example of poor service delivery. The experience felt arbitrary, and the reason provided for rescheduling my appointment was, frankly, stupid. I hope this feedback leads to a review of current procedures and customer service training for your staff.

Passport office at MGBS Metro station is very good. Staff are very friendly efficient and cool!. I disagree with all bad reviews. If you have all valid documents with you, your application will be accepted and processed. Even they have Photocopy machine in inside passport seva kendra is a good thing. I give them a five start rating.Parking for passport seva kendra is available charging 30 rs which is very high for three hours waiting time.

Very disappointed with the way this PSK is working Very much of CONS with a bit of PROS CONS - no proper mapping on google maps, No sign board of PSK on entrance nor any arrow to show the way @ MGBS, Staff calling applicant name in such a manner looks like a market, Section A had 20+ counters with only 12+ working Section B had 9 counters with 6 working And Section C had 6 counters with only 3 working We had to collect a free metro ticket to exit the station No waiting area at the entrance people were sitting in the pathway There should be atleast separate entrance n exit for PSK applicants, Very unorganized parking especially for 2 wheelers with very small way to passby Very low on staff PROS - It's in old city Clean with escalators

i am giving a honest review! Extremely disappointed with the service at this Passport Seva Kendra. The overall staff is incredibly rude to applicants, and there is absolutely no proper seating for those forced to wait outside. The lady at Counter B was particularly unprofessional and disrespectful; she lacked basic courtesy and made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Furthermore, they provide zero guidance on next steps or alternative options if a specific document is missing.
