VISA Biometric Office

My Mom visited the office recently. She had a nightmarish experience. No Empathy from the staff even for Senior Citizens. The Security behaved as if we are in a Uncivilized country. I understand that security is important but not attitude. Employees seems to have been friends with the Stationary Center nearby. Asking for all unnecessary Documents and made my mother go up and down couple of times. Their is clear as soon as they start looking at the documents trying to find reasons to make people visit the shop. Why don't the Center itself maintain one inside at one of those counters? While on the other hand, the nation is stepping forward in many aspects with so many capable leaders in recent days, this is completely barbaric that too at a VAC, where assistance and courteousness is needed the most.

This place is located in metro station 1st floor so dont look for any other building. Phones, bags and any other electronic item is not allowed so better to keep it at home or there are locker systems available below metro station which costs upto 100rs. Once office opens they have multiple counters so its very fast once started. Carry only appointment, ds160 and passport no other document needed.

The biometric appointment was smooth, we just need to have DS160 confirmation page printout, passport & appointment confirmation page/ email printout. You can carry photos to be on safe side. Please be there atleast 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The process was simple and quick for me. I was in and out within 30 mins. Parking would be challenging. E Galleria has paid parking, car can be parked there and we can walk from there to biometric office through the concourse. If taking a metro is an option that would be easy. Hope this helps.

This is the worst visa biometric centre ive ever seen in india, it looks like a fish market, zero organisation. Shame on the government.

This is with in Metro station and if both wife and husband needed any one can go and complete both the formalities so if you have kid one can go and complete all. This will directly connect to sky walk to galaxy mall. They keen on photos so take some extra care on photo size and neat ness

There has good services for senior citizens. But the place is very crowded and we need to wait there atleast 2 to 3 hours for the visa process but at last the arrangement is good and everything has done systematically.
