VFS Global for Saudi visa's a mixed bag. Process is super speedy , got my stuff done in a blink! Only bummer's no chairs to chill, had to stand till my number was called . If you're okay with standing, it's a good option . Speed's the name of the game here .

Worst service ever. The staff were extremely rude and had no manners at all. They don't know how to talk to people. My appointment was at 3:30 pm, and we were asked to arrive 15 minutes early -- which we did. When we went in, they checked all our documents and then asked for our photos. I told them I had already submitted the pictures earlier when I went to stamp the visa in June. They said, "No, we can't accept photos that are three months old," and told me to take new ones outside, in the metro area. They didn't even tell us where the studio was and only gave us 5 minutes. We went out, found the studio, and went there. The studio person (who was from VFS Tasheer itself) said he didn't have a camera and told us to take our own picture and send it to his email. We took the pictures and tried to send them, but although we had internet, the problem was with his computer. Because of that, we got delayed. Then he created another issue, saying they only accept online payments and no cash. What about people who don't have online payment options? He was very rude, saying, "You have such a big phone, and you don't have online payment?" Some people have it, and some don't! We requested him to accept cash since we didn't have online payment available, but he refused and told us to transfer money from a stranger. Finally, we managed, and my brother paid online. Our appointment time was 4:05 pm, but because of the studio person's delay, we were late. We rushed and reached at around 4:13 or 4:15. They checked our photos downstairs and sent us upstairs. When we went upstairs, they checked the documents and appointment letter, scanned a QR code, and rudely said our slot had expired. They told us to book another appointment and come later. Our visa was valid only till 6th November, and we had gone there on 29th October. By the time we got another slot, the visa would have expired. They gave us another option called "Lounge Premium," saying we could pay 3000 extra to continue. But if our stamping wasn't done, that money would be wasted -- so we didn't proceed. Many people were facing similar issues and leaving because of the staff's rude behavior. One person even wrote a complaint letter against them, asking for their names -- but they refused to share them. He did a good job by complaining. The staff were rude and careless, not doing their duties properly. People really need to complain about them, and the government should take action.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tasheer Visa Center. The staff appeared untrained and lacked proper knowledge of required documents, repeatedly asking for documents that are not listed in the mandatory requirements and sending applicants out to print, causing unnecessary delays. If you are late, they pressure you to pay extra for lounge fees or ask you to return after seven business days. This unprofessional behavior damages the image of VFS service standards and negatively affects the overall customer experience. Management should address these issues immediately to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient process for all applicants.

- need appointment before going (optional but recommend) - booking application is a nightmare, you can't edit or cancel & re apply. - if going for agent, he will ask 500 for each appointment. - Things to carry without fail : 1. Travellers new & old passport 2. Sponsor's passport & eqhama copy 3. Appointment copy 4. Passport size photos - 5 5. Recently started accepting upi/card/cash but any one payment mode, not half cash half upi etc - Office process is smooth & polite staff.

Worst vfs centre i will ever seen i will come on 10 clock they say server problem now time is 12 clock they don't solved the problem till now there is no waiting hall and no sitting system people sitting on the floor very worst vfs centre

No sitting arrangements for the visitors. Worst place .no chair or tables at all .atleast d govt office has d place to sit.i am totally unsatisfied with diz office.i request u all to bring your own handy chairs . Senior citizen facing very much problem. Literally my legs were paining severely

My appointment was held on the 26th August 2025 for 11:15am. Arrived at the vfs entrance at 11:05am and was told that it would take time for my turn as 10am slots were being served. Upon speaking to one of the management personnel, he told me that there has been a server issue from yesterday and they've already appealed to their supervisors that they must stop taking appointments but that has gone in vain. I kindly request agents to not give appointments until the server is fixed as there are huge line ups and angry individuals amassing the area. 12pm Update: It's now 12pm and I've not been served. The 10:30am folks are just lining up. A 15 mins process turned into 2+ hours. 12:10am Update: One of the officials came to me help and offered that I can opt for premium lounge and I would be taken in right away. And once I entered, I was welcomed with refreshments and requested to be seated in an air conditioned lounge area while my application was being processed. 12:40am Update: Biometrics completed
