Saudi VFS MGBS Metro Station

Extremely unprofessional and unethical service at the Saudi Tasheer VFS, MGBS Bus Stand, Hyderabad. The staff deliberately delays document review and then falsely claims appointments are "automatically cancelled" to force applicants--especially those travelling from far--to pay 3500 per person for so-called on-spot appointments. There is no such rule mentioned on the official website. We reached 30 minutes before our appointment. The location itself is inappropriate; for even a single photocopy or print, applicants are sent outside where only one shop exists, charging 10x normal rates and wasting time--This feels like professional exploitation of helpless applicants. Very disappointing experience.

No Xerox available inside. Outside xerox charges 3-4 times more than market price. This kind of unfair trade practices shouldn't be encouraged. Someone should file a PIL on this. Also appointment gets canceled within 15 minutes. If anyone gets late same day at later times also they should be allowed.

Place is neat and clean. But there is no waiting area, nor any proper seating arrangement done outside the offices. People sit on the floor, old age or kids it's very difficult to manage

Pathetic service, we have to wait for hours post scheduling appointment. Even we reached 30 minutes prior to our appointment time. At registration counter only 2 agents were there. Though the line is huge, which includes women, kids, elder people who can't stand for hours. Once it is clear then we have to wait for our token number, out of 15 counters only few functions. Then the procedure of taking finger print it self takes 45 to 1 hour. And I am shocked when I heard the courier services and charges, if you want to collect passport from center it will take 15 days and if you want passport at your home it will deliver in 10 days but it will cost you 1000+ rupees. To get an Indian passport or aadhar card is easier then getting this done. It is just a way of exploitation and promoting corruption.

VERY POOR SERVICE PEOPLE COMING FROM ALL OVER TELANGANA AND WHEN THEY REACH ON VFS THEY SAY THAT SERVER IS DOWN BECAUSE TODAY IS FRIDAY IN SAUDI PEOPLE ARE NOT WORKING ON FRIDAY IF THE SERVER IS DOWN ON FRIDAY THEN WHY YOU ARE GIVING APPOINTMENT ON FRIDAY ??? VFS SERVICE IS VERY BAD .. FOR SAUDI VISAS DONT TAKE AAPOINTMENTS ON FRIDAY WHEN U REACH THERE THEY GONNA SAY FRIDAY SAUDI PEOPLE OFF. VFS WASTE OF MONEY WASTE OF TIME... WORST SERVICE .

Staff is ok but waiting area out side should be improved and make arrangements for sitting because Muslim lady will not come alone should come with there parents so required more sitting arrangements i am wait for 1 hour outside by standing at last i sit on floor

There was no car parking there when I went Even in the morning 1st hour there is no parking! I would advise you take a cab and go to this place.

perfect location for such an office for people coming from different parts of Telangana or nearby states. People coming by bus can finish there work in a short time and return home safely . The staff and facilities are also very good . only VFS should maintain proper professionalism to be successful . documents to carry 1 . Passport 2. Old passport (if any) 3. visa copy 4. Relationship documents (marriage certificate) 5. Photos 6. Iqama copy (in case of Saudi visa). In case you forget any document, just ask them to hold the documents (they will charge some amount), but never give authorization. letter to proceed without documents . Your visa may be rejected or held;.
