Warning: Avoid: This Unprofessional Service My visa got rejected because of he made so many mistakes I strongly advise against using this service. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Here is my experience: * False Promises: Mr. Ravi Shankar promised to take two days to carefully fill out my DS-160 form. He charged me 48.000 for the US visa process. * Poor Communication: As soon as I paid, he began ignoring my calls. Without consulting me, he booked my biometric appointment in Chennai for January 6th at 1:00 PM. *Rushed and Incorrect Work: He only started filling out my DS-160 form at 1:00 PM on the day of the appointment. He rushed it in 20 minutes and made many serious mistakes, which caused me significant problems during the process. * Unprofessional Excuses: When I confronted him about the errors, he made childish excuses, even blaming a fight with his wife for his lack of focus. *After ignoring more than six of my calls over 15 days, he finally contacted me the day before my interview. When I told him I no longer trusted him to do a "mock interview," he became abusive and used highly offensive language. Do not trust this person with your money or your visa application. He is dishonest, incompetent, and verbally abusive.
