It's important to be rich otherwise you will come to this place and stand in the queue for passport. :-) Nothing special... but at least you now have an open parking. Rest everything remain the same as before. Only applicant is allowed so if you are coming along, be ready to sit somewhere on the ground floor... just like me... Even after looking at so many bad reviews, these guys are not learning at all as usual Sarkari behaviour. Especially counter number C... very slow like a snail... if you are coming with kids bring ample food. They will call in the morning and leave you in the evening

We renewed both mine & my wife's passport at Raidurg location and it was a very pleasant experience. we reached there 15 minutes before our appointment, there is proper parking lot in the building and they only allow the applicant to enter the office so in our case only my wife went inside and i was waiting outside. There is proper seating area inside for elderly and the expecting ladies. Overall the staff inside and outside the office (security staff) were helpful and working efficiently. We were done submitting our application in 45mins to 1 hours from start to finish. Step 1- main token counter - go with aadhaar, Marriage certificate, form ( original and 1 copy) they will check, scan the form and call your name. step 2: Got to Section 'A' waiting hall and they will recheck those doc, then take a Photo and Scan the Thumb Step3: Go to Section 'B' waiting room and wait for your number, then they will validate those original Step4: go to Section 'c' waiting room, they will provide acknowledgement Our application was a NORMAL application and we received it in a week's time. I am writing to share my feedback and concern regarding my recent visit to the new Passport Office on October. While I was initially pleased to see the new setup--which appeared more spacious and improved in design--my experience unfortunately did not meet expectations in terms of efficiency and staff conduct. Upon arrival at 2:15 PM, I submitted my application and was issued a token for 3:15 PM, despite being informed that the waiting time would be only 15-20 minutes. This resulted in nearly an hour's delay just to receive a token. Furthermore, there were no proper seating arrangements for applicants waiting at the initial stage, forcing many, including elderly individuals, to stand for extended periods. The next stage, where photographs and document verification were conducted, was also significantly delayed. Staff were working very slowly, leading to long queues and visible frustration among applicants. In total, I entered the premises at 12:15 PM and exited around 5:30 PM -- a process that previously took only about one and a half hours at the Toli Chowki (Shaikpet) Passport Seva Kendra. Additionally, I was disappointed to witness inappropriate behavior from one of the counter C staff who scolded applicants for not organizing their documents as per his preference. Such conduct is disrespectful and unprofessional, especially toward citizens who are customers availing government services. I sincerely request the authorities to: Review the current operational workflow and reduce waiting times. Arrange adequate seating for applicants. Sensitize staff to maintain professionalism and respect while dealing with the public. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve the experience for all visitors in the future. Thank you for your attention and understanding. Direction: For people coming from Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, this building is to your left hand side. The parking is at an open area, which is really good, since the PSK Tolichiwki was lacking this. For people coming from Jubilee Hills, Mehdipatnam, Tolichowki and Shaikpet, they have to take a U Turn at Khajaguda Junction. Before Green Bawarchi. During heavy traffic you might see the U turn closed, please take a U turn near Shah Ghouse Gachibowli. The same building where KIA motors is located. You could also see Maa ENT.

Came to know this is new building.. My today's visit is a worst experience..NO CHAIRS / Benches available for visitors. Soo sad to see people sitting on stairs and on roads. GVT. Eating our tax payers money cant even provide proper facilities to public Atleast no water facilities. NO XEROX centers nearby. So people coming here plan all documents accordingly otherwise you need visit again with new slots

I recently completed my passport renewal process at PSK Raidurg, Hyderabad. Sharing my detailed experience to help others. Parking - Plan Properly Parking is very limited for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers and works strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once parking is full, security closes the barrier and does not allow additional vehicles inside. Many people park outside on the road, but traffic police may ask you to move the vehicle or possibly issue a fine. It is better to avoid bringing your own vehicle if possible. Entry & Token Process Entry is strictly based on your appointment slot timing. Security allows you inside only during your slot. At the token counter: * They initially verify all xerox copies. * If any xerox is missing or unclear, they ask you to arrange it before issuing the token. * After verification, a token number is allotted. There is a xerox counter inside, but it is only for xerox copies. You cannot take online printouts there, so carry all printouts in advance. Counter A - Fast and Efficient After token allotment, applicants are sent to Counter A on a first-come-first-serve basis. There are multiple Counter A desks, so this stage moves very quickly. At Counter A: * Originals and xerox copies are checked. * Photo is captured. * All fingerprints are taken. * Any corrections required are handled here. This step took around 5-10 minutes only in my case. Very efficient. Also, all xerox copies are scanned here. The self-attested copies that were verified at the initial counter were returned to me. Counter B - Delay Due to Staff Arrival My slot was 8:45 AM. However: * No staff were present at Counter B and C until around 9:30 AM. * One person arrived at Counter B around 9:30 AM. * More staff came after 10 AM. Because of this delay, waiting time increased significantly. From Counter B onward, priority order is followed strictly: 1. Senior citizens (around 10-15 people) 2. Tatkal applicants (around 10-15 people) 3. Normal applicants The same priority order is followed at Counter C as well. At Counter B: * They cross-check the submitted details. * Major corrections are usually already handled at Counter A. Counter C - Final Approval At Counter C: * They verify form details against original documents. * If everything is correct, approval is given immediately. Since mine was a renewal: * After approval, at the exit counter my old passport was stamped as cancelled and punched. * It was returned to me. Process completed smoothly. Police Verification Experience Police verification was straightforward in my case. The officer: * Took the xerox copies verified at PSK. * Took my signature on the form he brought. * Collected one passport photo. * Took one neighbour's signature along with their ID details. No money was asked during police verification. After the officer uploaded the report: * The next day passport printing was initiated. * The following day it was delivered. Overall Timeline From PSK visit to passport delivery: Total time taken: Around 20 days.

Passport Seva Kendra at Raidurgam is on the first floor of the SIRI building and is unmissable from the service road. If you are coming by your own vehicle, there is limited parking and gets full quickly usually in the morning slot. Passport office is new and hence facilities are good including a small food stall inside and washrooms as well. Cellphones are allowed while on silent mode however photography is prohibited. Only grouch is that while there are plenty of representatives in A booth, the number of employees in B and C are considerably less leading to large wait times. Prefer to book farthest available dates so that you get an early morning slot which with lesser wait times

I visited the Passport Seva Kendra - Raidurg on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 for my passport renewal under the non-Tatkal process. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but I reached around 3:30 PM. Initially, we were asked to stand in line, and after about 20 minutes, they merged us with the 4:15 PM slot. The process was very systematic from there. Step-by-Step Process: 1. Entry & Token Counter Once inside, the first stop is the token counter. They collect: * Aadhaar card xerox * Passport xerox They verify the documents and issue a token number. This took about 5 minutes. 2. Counter A - Biometrics & Photo Next, you'll be directed to Counter A, where they capture your biometrics and photo. This step was very quick -- around 2 minutes. 3. Counter B - Initial Verification There's a TV screen displaying token numbers along with the counter you need to go to. At this counter, they verify your details and may ask a few basic questions related to your application. 4. Counter C - Final Verification Due to limited staff at the time, there was a short waiting period here. This counter checks all your documents thoroughly and confirms whether it's a fresh application or renewal. For renewals, they will punch a hole in your old passport as part of the cancellation process. 5. Exit & Final Stamp After completion, you'll be guided to the exit, where security gives a final stamp. The entire in-office process took around 40 minutes, which is impressive. Center Experience: The Raidurg center is very neat, organized, and well-managed. The staff were professional and the overall process felt smooth and hassle-free. Police Verification: After 7 days, I received a call from the police officer. He visited, verified the details, and completed the process professionally. There was absolutely no bribery involved. Passport Delivery: Within 3 days after police verification, I received my renewed passport. What to Carry: For renewal, I carried: * Original passport * Passport copy * Aadhaar card Your application form clearly mentions what documents are required based on your category. Carry exactly what is listed , no need to bring unnecessary documents.

Our appointment was on October 24, we reached there 15 minutes before our appointment, there is proper parking lot in the building for those coming in 4 wheeler vehicles and they only allow the applicant to enter the office so in our case only my wife went inside and i was waiting outside. There is proper seating area inside for elderly and the expecting ladies. Overall the staff inside and outside the office (security staff) were helpful and working efficiently. We were done submitting our application in 1.5 hours from start to finish. On October 27, Our area local PS contacted us and came to our residence for verification process, they were also quite helpful in the process. Today November 1, we received the passport by speedpost. Our application was a NORMAL application and we received it in a week's time. Good job Raidug PSK office!!
