Post Office, Nizampet

Excellent customer service especially by Yamini Mam. She understands and cares for each and every customer. Very prompt in work and treats everybody respectfully. Glad that we have people like her in the Govt sector.

Delievery guy simply denied delivery because security stopped him while entering. It is understandable that they are busy delivering many posts etc but it's a simple commonsense/curtsey to show their ID card to the security to let them it. Mohan Kadavath(Delivery guy) is too arrogant to even do that or wait until he is approved.

Same as other government offices, this place does not open on time and closes quickly. Though it remains open till 5 in the evening you cannot post anything after 2 30 pm. They will tell you to come the next day. Some of the staff think of themselves as GODS. Very few staff are well mannered. All others are typical government employees. Reach by 2 30 pm on week days and by 1 pm on Saturday to get your work done here.

Worst post office. They wont respect customers and their timings. simple telling reasons to come again and again later. for 5-10 mins task.. we almost went 4 times... still they are telling silly reasons and asking us to come tomorrow. Really lost interest to use post office and their services

Post is not delivered properly to my home.This happens every time with me.again i need to good to tue office and collect the post that i got.This is the reason i gave only 1 star rating for this. Every time i used to see my post will be returned back. Atleast i expect a call from the postman but no call will be given to the person while delivery.this need to be changed by the department.

Very worst postoffice I have seen ever. There are only two counters and only one counter operates collection of letters and payments of pli and rpli. One staff is entirely idle and one more staff is completely occupied. Very bad experience. Dont know why there are only two counters. I dont know why some people gave 5 stars for this worst post office. They might be the staff of that.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the Nizampet post office regarding the delivery of my Indian Passport. On tracking the status of the delivery... simply showing that the Addressee is not available without any attempt to deliver it to my address. This delay and lack of communication have caused significant inconvenience, especially as the card is crucial for my abroad visits I urge the concerned authorities to address this issue promptly and improve their delivery and communication processes. Such negligence is unacceptable and tarnishes the trust customers place in the postal service. Worst service...........

Despite mentioning my phone number for contact, no one reached out to inform me about the status of the delivery. It has been over 15 days, and my debit card is still lying at the post office without any attempt to deliver it to my address. This delay and lack of communication have caused significant inconvenience, especially as the card is crucial for my financial transactions. I urge the concerned authorities to address this issue promptly and improve their delivery and communication processes.
