Very Poor Customer Service and Long Waiting Time I had a very bad experience at this Mee-Seva/online center. The staff members are always busy with their own work and do not listen to customers properly. You have to ask them 2-3 times just to get a response. After that, they say "wait, I'll call your name in 5-10 minutes," but those 5-10 minutes turn into hours. There is no proper queue system or time management. Customers are left waiting without any updates. Even the owner seems more focused on personal work instead of managing staff and helping customers. Overall, there is a lot of unnecessary waiting and no respect for customers' time. I do not recommend this center unless you have a lot of free time and patience.

Very happy with the service at NextG MeeSeva. The staff is cooperative, well-behaved, and gives good guidance. My work was done quickly without any issues. Keep up the good work!

Worst service ever. Paid 8000 rupees a month ago for name changing in my board marksheets. Its been 1month now yet I didn't receive any update. I've been calling them and they were not receiving calls and just responding me through messages, and asking me to call after 11, whereas Google shows office opens at 9am
