Manikonda Sub Post Office

I've been repeatedly trying to register my child for Aadhaar, but the experience is consistently frustrating. Each visit, the staff offers the same excuse: the website is down and will remain so for days. This recurring issue is unacceptable. It feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid serving the public. The inefficiency is appalling.

My visit on November 15th, 2025, was nothing short of miraculous, showcasing public service at its absolute finest. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and sheer efficiency demonstrated by every person on duty was truly remarkable. Specifically, I wish to recognize Mr. Chiranjivi and Mr. Rakesh for their outstanding service. Their expertise and dedication streamlined the entire process, turning a typical errand into a genuinely pleasant experience. I also want to compliment another wonderful female staff member whose kindness and rapid efficiency quite literally 'created mirabilia in my countenance'--she brought a huge smile to my face with her cheerful and helpful approach. The trio worked seamlessly, handling the queue and complex tasks with grace and speed. They are a shining example of what a dedicated public service team should be. These individuals deserve not only immense compliments but also significant recognition and, frankly, profit-sharing for the value they bring to the department. Wanted to send a courier and gave this place a try. And was pleasantly surprised at how quick it got done. And the courier also reached very quickly. Reliable place

They donot delivery courier to house. Send false delivery attempt messages. When confronted they ignore and ask to collect from the post office itself. Many of my friends faced similar issues

There is no Parking space. Very busy narrow road. Better to come by hired vehicle

Worst post office experience. They don't even know that CBS can be activated from any Post office branch. Rude staff behaviour. They need to improve a lot.

Very bad way of dealing with customers. They don't wish to work and thus provide the false information.

For a simple 10-15gm speed post, they are taking more than 7 days to deliver. It's been in the Manikonda SO since 4 days. I guess the delivery staff/person is unaware of app like Google maps/Apple maps.
