Very much rude people, they dont have manners and even some people dont know how to work. They keep customers waiting in lines, including Old age people. Server is down from last few days, their website is not working, After all they all are Govt SERVANTS not MASTERS, chief post master must do counselling of all his staff, and train them how to behave with general public.

Such rude employees.. I had to update my aadhar with husband name & address change. I had Gazatte sign form & marriage certificate proofs too. Employee states if they update details with gazette form, post office will charge 10000 penalty to employee who does so. I mean how come someone fool a person this way down. Why will they charge employee with 10000 penalty? Employee is sitting in a position there to update our details. Such useless, uneducated, unethical, shameless employees I have never seen throughout the govt offices. Either change the employees or give proper info to the people visiting post offices for help.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, ignorant and unhelpful employees. They kept harassing me and sending me from one counter to another till a point where I got frustrated and left.Bad service

The worst kind of treatment to depositors who come personally. The counter staff are too negative run the customers to their wits end. I have a worst experience since 2015 may it be depositing cash, updating of passbook or any service. All we get is an insult from the staff on the desk and supervisory officials. Recently I approached them to get a duplicate passbook and I was made to walk on my head to get it. When I submitted my application the desk personal (Asst PM), the PM who supervises him made me to go to the first floor twice with my paper when the procedure is to collect Rs 58/- from me and send it thorough official record in "Hand to hand" for the authorities in the first floor. I am a senior citizen and the officials had scant respect for Indian Citizens especially senior citizens. Apart from being physically made to climb steps in a hot and sultry weather, I was yelled at as if I have come there only to disturb their peace. THE WORST MANAGED POST OFFICE WITH NO RESPECT FOR A NORMAL CUSTOMER (IN SPITE OF OUR DEPOSITS RUNNING TO MILLIONS OF RUPEES) IT MADE ME FEEL I AM IN A DIFFERENT ENEMY COUNTRY OTHER THAN MY GREAT INDIA WHILE TRYING TO GET A SERVICE FROM THIS OFFICE. I AM ALSO ATTATCHIING A PHOTO THAT I CLICKED TODAY AT 10:05 AM WITH ALL COUNTERS EMPTY. NO STAFF COMES ON TIME.

Very rude pepole they don't know how to speak with visitors..how to do help to visitors They r doing job in post office but they r behaving like post office is my home what can we do here no one here to ask Like that they r behaving

Staff are totally Roude, I hate new Employee and Stamp Person I don't know his name, yesterday I got 1 parcel ite around 27 kg speed post, they won't accept my parcel, Speed Post limit is 35 kg. That employee said cit it that box and make a 2 pieces. How I make, that is Exam pepers. I hate that 2 employee. Pls go to GPO employees are very good in abids. I am happy with GPO post office Employees. My parcel accept GPO. THANK YOU GPO Abids post office. I hate Lakdika pool post office. Pls transfer them lakdikapool postoffice Employees immediately. I request you pls Transfer them. Roudly talking, With Customers pls pls i request you take action on both employees in Lakdi ka pool post office.
