I would like to know what are lunch timings. On a hot day i went around 12 PM to send some official documents, there was no envelope available to post a document.. I searched around the place a shop to get the envelope but when i come back looking for it almost 30 mins, it was 12.50 PM and i see executive went for lunch. All time and effort was wasted now have to go another day!

I wonder there is no envelope available to post a document.. India post Jai ho... When are you grow up . I travel back to my home /shop a envelope to post a document in post office .. hope this is government organisation works. I wish you grown up soon..

Dear Post office Team, I am trying to contact on number unavailable showing., regarding my passport documents has to reach today but unfortunately your employees not reached location simply he updated status not located address didn't find. Few days before same address I recieved documents how possible he didn't find location., atleast he can contact on my number which mentioned on parcel baggage it's a important documents. It's so careless they think it's a simple paper one day delay nothing happened., This thinking is very cheap and bad. It's very high important documents passport coz visa has to be issue waiting for passport.

Had a terrible experience. I was supposed to receive my passport but it was being delayed from them. Even so, I went to the office to collect by myself but they said that they will deliver it because they have no permission to give it in the office. Only if they were feeling lazy to get up , sort the pasport and handover to us.

I enrolled for new aadhar for my kid who is below 5 years of age, status was showing pending, today when I called the S.O number the reply wat I got was " Nai Lere" And kept the phone that much useless the Govt employees and the govt services. Don't make fun of the citizens, by telling in post offices also u can enroll for aadhar.

Went to post international letter. Was directed to the correct counter, to be told that letter could not be sent as planes were not flying! I challenged the clerk. Then a female (senior?) voice asked the clerk where the letter was going to: U.K. The clerk was then told to take it. Very quickly, he did the necessary and completed the labelling. I was then told to wait - I had to sign a customs declaration form. In the meantime, I was asked how long I was staying in India. I informed the clerk that I live here and showed him my Adhaar card! The clerk processing my letter could not find the customs form! The office became a circus, with people searching cupboards, shelves etc! About 20mins later, the clerk managed to print a form from the computer! As a foreign national, experiences like this are common -there are exceptions: the passport office and RTO offices are very efficient. In the end, all was done. I would like to apologise to the other customers who had to wait unnecessarily to post their local mail.

Helpful staff. Due to address issue my post stayed undelivered 4-5 times. Called the post office. They promptly checked their database based on the EMS number I provided them and provided me with the contact number of the post man responsible for delivering in my area. The post man very responsibly delivered the item.
