Since the time I have arrived in Hyderabad these people are giving me hard time even after submitting them everything.. and visiting their office.. the officer came to my house and got everything he wanted.. now again they want to come to my apartment and the reason they give is they want my marriage certificate. Which I uploaded online and also The officer has it.. this is the worst experience I ever had.. these people don't know what they doing they ask same thing over and over again and schedule meeting without asking you.. basically ruining my visit to India.. unprofessional lack of knowledge people.

We had a very efficient and cordial experience with the officers at this office! We had to get an exit permit for our child, and the staff at the FRRO office were extremely helpful throughout the process. More than one person stepped in to guide us, clarify doubts, and make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Immigration paperwork can be stressful, especially when it involves a child, but the staff were patient, kind, and genuinely supportive. We're very thankful for the help we received and the positive experience overall.

Outstanding service at FRRO Hyderabad! Today I visited for biometric enrollment under the Fast Immigration program, and the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant. The staff were courteous, patient, and guided me through every step with a smile. It's clear they take pride in helping people and making a usually tedious process feel effortless. Visited the FRRO office for biometric enrollment. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient staff. As soon as you enter the complex, they ask you for the purpose of your visit and direct you accordingly. When we told them that we were there for biometric enrollment, they gave us a very brief form to fill out and asked us to wait. After a brief 5 minute wait, a gentleman came and escorted us to the 2nd floor where there are two booths that process the biometric enrollment. The officer there asked for the QR code from the online submission (we took a printout, but you can show it on your mobile phone as well, I think). Then they asked for our passport and OCI and asked us to verify our name. They took our picture and fingerprints and we were on our way out! Total process for each person took less than 5 minutes. For one of us, the fingerprint reader wasn't able to register the fingerprints clearly, but the officer was very patient and guided us through the process and asked us not to be nervous! The rest of the facilities are very clean and well maintained. There is also a small snack counter selling coffee/tea and packaged snacks.

Super quick and efficient Very friendly and well mannered staff We, family of 3 visited for the fast track immigration biometric enrolment and the process was so smooth and quick. Finished the entire process in 10minutes (all 3 included) Just carry the QR code after prior registration, carry the latest passport and the work is done in a jiffy. Only drawback is the distance (way too far from the city) Second issue is that no one answers the landline, if this can be sorted, then it will be even better.

The experience at the FRRO office was amazing. The staff were very courteous and efficient. We were well directed and attention was paid to completing our. Work immediately. We recently visited FRRO Hyderabad at Shamshabad as a family of three for our FTI-TTP biometric enrollment and the overall experience was very smooth. At the entry gate, the police security personnel asked about the purpose of our visit and after we mentioned biometrics for FTI-TTP, we were given a slip to fill with our details. We handed over the slip at the reception help desk and were asked to wait for a few minutes. The waiting hall was spacious and comfortable, and to our surprise, there was also a cafeteria inside where snacks, coffee, and soft drinks were available, which made the wait pleasant. After a short time, we were called to the first floor where clear directions were displayed. There were two counters handling biometrics. The staff collected our slips, checked the QR code generated after online application, and verified our original passports. They then took photographs and fingerprints. The whole biometric process took around fifteen minutes and was handled efficiently without any rush. The officials informed us that approval would take up to ten days, but in my case the application was granted within just four hours, which was impressive. Parking inside the FRRO premises is not allowed, but vehicles can be parked conveniently along the road outside without any issues. While biometrics can also be done at the airport during international travel, I found it far more comfortable to complete the process beforehand at the FRRO. This way, once approval is granted, you can directly use the e-gates during travel. Overall, the system is well-organized, the staff were professional, and the process was quick and hassle-free.

Fast Immigration Biometric Registration. I came here for the FTI TTP process, so this process starts with applying from website and generate the biometric slip and directly I came here, and then filled a small slip and immediately went to 1st floor for the process. The biometric process hardly took 2-3 mins and that's it it's done. They said final approval will come in 8-10 days and least cases it will take 1 month if time and that's the end of the process. They need biometric slip print out, original passport, for our case they didn't asked any address proof documents. You are not allowed to park vehicle inside, but you can park vehicle roadside outside.
