A established Government office with the crowd running in all the time and lacks ample parking. Work is done swiftly when you go through agent. In the end its a registration office for many of the middle class dreams getting registered here. Things may get renounced if you don't spend a buck ahead than a original legal process.

The office open by 10:30 AM its an old building. The process should be changed to add token system, its not easy to know about your number or next steps. Like passport office no middle men required, a person can get the things done by himself. Mostly will need a document writer or advocate who can help in the process at SRO. There is food shop on site for quick bites.

Chi this govt office and there employees will never change...same as 1950's no proper response...in this century alos we have to wait for long time....people should and there HR should get notice this kind of works... y don't they replace other when some employee has went for lunch or break time ...

Very bad offic and that staff mostly EC and CC staff is very bad behavior I am waiting from last 3 hour till now I didn't received @Raventreddy please solve tha public problems sir

They have parking facility for 2/4 wheelers. Document writers are helpful in getting the work done.

Good. Not bad at all for a govt office. Very good improvement compared to earlier. Well maintained. Processes are improved and are very fast.

There are at least 100 people standing in the hall and corridors waiting for hours. Its a scary and sad situation that the place is so crowded even with the pandemic. Leaving that aside, I am not sure why our government facilities cannot be a little better. Registrations worth of at least 150 to 200 crores happen on daily basis. Which attracts more than a crore rupees in stamp duty and Registration. If it a lot to expect a proper seating and parking. There are are chairs to seat about 10 people. What about others? The paid parking is very small and a big nonsense. I had to park my car on the road and there is a high possibility that it will attract a challan for "parking on the carriage way". When there are so many government land in the city, why can't they build a better facility. There is no way this facility deserves more than one star. This is not about the people here though.
