Me and my husband went to VFS today morning. It was excellent service from start to end. We had 9.15am appointment and we were out by 9.30am.
Security guard: punctual, helped till B3 level
Parking: ample, near and clean, dustbins available, very clean place. Have not seen such a clean basement even in a very expensive residential places in hyderabad
Staff: very punctual, nice, smooth process at entry gate
Biometric process: very fast, well organized, token system .
No push for Premium service. Staff asked, we said NO. That's it.
Don't carry extra stuff with you. Be on time. Phone on silent mode, no pictures of the office or videos.
We are very happy with their service.

Excellent service. In and out in 15 min. Ample allocated parking in basemeent 3. Staff courteous and welcoming. Premium service is worth the money- This includes pick up and drop of passport and expedited process at the VAC, I was given the option, and I took it . No one forces you to take it.

Don't get scammed by receptionist and waiter.
They ask for 4,300 rupees for premium service which doesn't exist.
Luckily I have read reviews and asked my friends who took over other vfs centers.
I have rejected then she and waiter mistreated us, saying u can't go to washroom.
So, don't pay and say it on face it's a scam.
Sorry for not recording there faces. I have raised complaint.
Please record them keeping mobile in front pocket and send complaint to VFS.

DO NOT GET YOUR PR CARD PHOTO TAKEN BY THEM! THEY DONT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS!! The guy at the reception will tell you the photos you have might not be acceptable and all that BS! He just wants us to pay EXTRA!! IRCC reached out to me stating photos DO NOT meet requirements so please dont waste your money!

Visited the Canada Visa Application Center (VFS) in Hyderabad today for my biometric. They tried to force me into paying 4,300 for a "premium service," claiming it was needed for faster courier services and direct appointments. This is false information!
Another person shared that they were misinformed and made to pay 4,300, only to find out the courier fee is actually just 780, which can be paid regardless of whether you opt for premium or not.
Don't fall for this trap! The premium service isn't necessary, and the courier fee is much lower than they claim.
Stay alert and avoid getting scammed!
