Bahadurpura Post Office

staff are rude and unhelpful, deliveries can be slow or inconsistent, and parcels sometimes show as delivered even when they weren't.

I am waiting for my Adhaar card since 8th if February 2024, I have been to the office they said they did not receive it yet. I have ordered the Adhaar card again and the tracking details show it is sitting in the post office since 22nd March. I wonder why they are not delivering it to me. The post office phone number online on Google doesn't work.. They are not contactable. It is the worst kind of service. These type of services are a shame for the country. Government office should realise that they are representing the country at large and they should try to bring honor to country even with the small services. Everything starts at small and grows.

She literally took an amount of 500 rs only on the context that there is no name on the post which clearly had two numbers of my own ...and very rude behaviour...just because someone is unaware of things these government officials think they have all the power to loot common people ..sad really that we had to pay 500 rs for a speed post of rs 40 It's better to go for other expensive couriers rather than this ..because anyway these people beg for money like dogs All this after visiting 3 of their offices just for one courier which was not delivered even after 8days after being speed post service....shame on such officials

Worst post service. No one respond to calls. They will delay your passport delivery by weeks by saying incomplete addresse and they won't even communicate with you. Lack of communication from India post. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

Worst postman. His name was Mateen or something... He has beard and cap, showing his face like a muslim,but not his deeds as a muslim. Such persons are defaming the name of Islam.... Muslims are crying for job but after joining they do stupid things... Any how he was begging for money. He got my passport, and he was asking money, otherwise go and take" he was saying..... After giving the dick of 100 rupees in his mouth he gave the passport....

All are the staffs un responsible persons. Also every time delivery delaying. Office ki koi fix timing nahi hai inlog ki

Worst of the worst whenever we visit they simply says server down.

Worst ever service... delivery boy didn't call me and in the status I am seeing written 'there is no such type of person on this address'. Can anyone told me where can file strong complain on this issue and on these cheaters
