It was a great experience; all the staff were very helpful and I didn't face any issues. It was super quick! If you have all the required original documents and photocopies, it takes only 20-30 minutes. I arrived 10-20 minutes before my reporting time, they checked my documents, and instantly generated a token. The rest of the process was seamless

I had my doubts after reading reviews, but surprisingly the process went smoothly for my 5yr old within 30 min. This POPSK is smaller than Thane PSK, with just two counters, no AC, and no TCS staff. For a hassle-free visit: 1. Bring originals documents and 1 self-attested photocopies of each. 2. Be polite; the staff is helpful and co operative if you have all required documents I chose this center to save travel time, and it met my expectations.

Officials require each and every document, right from birth certificate to your adhaar and PAN card If u have minimum of 10 documents with originals then only they let you in... On the website they have asked for only 2 documents with originals... But you require your college passing certificates as well Your adhaar and PAN is not enough proof of your identity Download digi Locker before going !!

I would rather prefer not reviewing much about how the officials were, but Lalita Maushi sitting next to the entry door was quite helpful. Any doubts, any issues please don't forget to get in touch with her, she's extra damn helpful. Providing 5 stars and all goes to her.

Looking at previous reviews, I was very much skeptical. But the process went smoothly. I believe people should keep expectations from this centre within limits. The Thane PSK is a full fleged PSK, whereas this unit is a POPSK having just 2 counters, no AC, and no TCS staff. Points if you schedule your appointment here: 1. Install Digilocker and upload documents there. 2. Carry original documents and 2 photocopies of each, self attested. It would be better if you carry extra documents than required. 3. Be courteous to the staff, and they will help you indeed. It is a government office setup, not a private one. My priority in choosing this centre over Thane was saving travel time, and that was achieved.

Worst staff. Very rude and disrespectful passport officer has no idea to edit the form and asked me to reschedule my appointment to Thane passport office. They did not even know correct list of documents also the gate keeper only arranges applicants form that too not sequence wise. Gatekeeper using giving bad words in front of us to the candidate who had mistakenly forgot to bring xerox for one document. I have also logged complaint online also called passport seva customer care. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT HERE. Rather go to Thane office it was very systematic and without facing any disrespect and process was super quick because they have professional staff to help and coordinate

I am giving 5 stars to the STAFF and Zero Star to the passport seva office. Multiple times submitting photocopies of the original documents should be stopped and made digital. People were making multiple rounds to the photocopy shops, as the prints were not in a certain format. Furthermore, similar copies were needed to be submitted for police verification. This means, that several times we are preparing photocopies that we have already signed and uploaded in the portal. Of course, not everyone will upload the prints online. However, an on-the-spot scan of the originals and signature by thumbprints or on a notepad could save problems for the staff and patrons. Ironically, India is known for the IT industries, but a basic necessity for the citizens at the PASSPORT OFFICE is not provided. I hope things will improve in future. Also, the center needs a "May I help you section" instead of the gatekeeper who has taken on more responsibility than needed. He might not have a complete idea of the documents as each case is different.

Very rude behaviour of the staff of PO passport seva kendra Bhivandi We have followed the rule written on portal. For digilocker verified adhar card, its clearly mentioned that no physical copy required for proof. Still we took the adhar card with us showed them, but they still harassed us to take the photocopy. Adhar uploaded under application through digi locker not require any physical copy as per document checklist. This means They simply denying the digi locker Digital India. They dont even reading the latest updates provided on portal Also the passport officer clearly said he will not make our passport to us before 30 days. However in max 15 days passport is getting delivered PAN india. Not sure why he was so rude. We have to cancel our appointment now, as he misbehaved with us with simple query
