Passport post office Bhiwandi

It's very Worst office for passport work. The Staff is very rude and their is no hygiene. Every single chair is very much dirty. No mechanism of online appointment. It's like rashan Shop first come first. Staff is also non cooperative.

This is really good initiative for Passport application for nearby people . It's a tier C catagory passport centre with limited resources but enough to handle the passport application of almost all cases .only challenge is if someone is in urgency then should avoid to take this center . Staff is really co oprative and very friendly. They give all support . One has to carry form printed here ,since it's a extension wing and that is not possible to get form here , so unlike other center one has to carry application form with themselves , else has to go to nearby cyber cafe to get it . Staff admit that through this center it will be more time taken compair to average time by main center . Normally not that crowded. Easy to locate .

*1/5 - Extremely Poor Experience at Passport Office Centre* I recently visited the Passport Office Centre and was appalled by the 3rd-class service. The staff was uncooperative, and there was no system in place for appointment booking. They didn't even listen to my concerns. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Improvement is urgently needed. It is a very good service offered at this place. I was came earlier as well in Dec 2022 for myself, my wife and sons passport, officer here guide you well, help you so your day will not get wasted. Even today, when I came again for PCC, have the same feeling of good service offered by staff and officer. Thank you

Must carry Aadhar card, Appointment letter, Pan card, SSC/ HSC Marksheet Marriage certificate/ gazette (if applicable) All documents xerox and original or digilocker

WORST place to apply for your passport the staff was rude,the place was ill maintained very tight place and too many people if you have an appointment here change it to anywhere but this.

Recently visited to this passport centre for passport renewal. It was pleasent and amazing experience. Very supportive and kind staffs. To fast service if you have valid documents required for the passport application.

In this office no any electricity back up like inverter or DG. At the time on your appointment you can only wait for electricity. At the time on my appointment the whole day electricity cut. I can wait till 04:00 PM and reschdule the appointment. Pls do not book this office appointment. Otherwise You can waste your time. Office staff demand unnecessary documents. staff don't give any positive Responce about electricity cut and system network issue.
