Visited on Sept. 26, 2024 for Pasport renewal appointment at 9:45 am(Our appointment time). It took us only about twenty to twenty five minutes to complete all the formalities. We( Me & my wife) were very happy to have concluded our renewal formalities at POPSK in such a short time. In that moment of happiness, I forgot my folder containing original documents at POPSK. Reached home about one & half hour later(12:10pm). Before we knew, there was a call from POPSK telling us that I had forgotten my folder with original documents, asking us to collect it. I did collect it on the same day. The polite, professionalism & swiftness of the staff/officers at POPSK is really above mark. A very Big Thank You to them. The visit was a pleasant surprise. The only drawback at this POPSK is the problem for four wheeler parking.

Actual timing is from 9 am to 2pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturday it's 9am to 12pm.This timethat I have posted is after the visit to post office .
