General Post Office Srinagar

My courier is not being delivered at my place,this is the second time it has happened...really sad state of affairs at sogam lolab ...this is the second time my courier not delivered but redirected back to its original place...postman never contact s or deliver s the stuff..most idoit services..that's why indian government services are bad to worst...on calling gpo ppl don't answer properly..only bothered to take there salary..such ppl should be thrown out...we need dedicated and better ppl to serve on these posts...it was my credit card s..not a joke... kindly help if someone can..I need to know contact details.. because no updated here is wrong...it's urgent if anyone can help..

My medicine is not delivered on time. I ordered my medicine from Faridabad, from Faridabad to jammu tawi it takes only 12 hours and jammu to srinagar it takes also twelve hours but in srinagar the keep the medicine at least 2-3 weeks there.The staff is there very lazy almost all of them are rude and arrogant.

My paracel is with this post office from 22/12/2025. Worst service I have seen till know neither they are giving any information about the parcel. Idiots are sitting there. It has been 20 days now I am waiting for the parcel

We had an incredible experience there. Upper management is extremely helpful. Staff will understand the query and help you accordingly in an easy way.

My parcel has been stuck at Srinagar gpo from past 7 days ...the service is worst and nobody is attending the call ...I don't know what to do... nobody is helping either...it was meant for a marriage I don't know wts gonna happen now..I think I should sue them in court....and demand hafty amount of money may be then thy will give me my parcel back or deliver it to exact place

Worst postal services, they sent my parcel back to Delhi and now it's lost. It's almost a month & no delivery update yet.

Safety and Security is okay.. but the Staff posted here is not only rude but are also ill-mannered. Staff is not cooperative and they deserve frequent transfers.
