I visited VFS Global today and I'd like to mention that the staff there is very kind and helpful. I didn't face any issues. I don't know why people post negative feedback here. The entire process went smoothly, and my attending officer, Miss Ayushi Badola, attended to me very well and was very helpful and supportive. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would definitely give it. Please don't get discouraged by the negative feedback people have posted here. Just ensure you have all your documents in order, and you won't have any issues with your visa stamping. I hope my feedback will be helpful.

Worst Experience Everybody is playing around . manager dont have the audacity to come and speak to their clients. even on placing request to their staff several times . Worst ever experience do not go there choose other center

Poor service. They are very rude at the reception and behave like god's own. Force you to take insurance from them. Share inadequate Information. Only aim is to make money . Atrocious and poor .

I recently visited the [VFS Global Office] and was utterly disappointed with the staff's behavior. The employees were rude, unhelpful, incompetent. Right from front security guard to entry level staff who check the documents for biometric, Honestly you can deal with embassy people but not these pathetic staff, They lack empathy, They behave as if they are doing a favour by processing your VISA, They need to be reprimanded on their roles and responsibilities, And that they are paid to do their job. There is no professionalism seen. But once inside the office the staff is highly appreciated,They just want you to take the premium lounge service which comes at extra cost. I would highly recommend avoiding this particular office and seeking assistance elsewhere.

No appointment date is shown on their website(attached screenshot) for the last 3 days since I am checking. It seems they want to promote their agents and barring the individual people from booking an appointment. Their staff might be getting commission from Agents for this service. Very unethical way of earning money.

Ill informed staff, vague information such as 'e-visa' not issued by VFS but some "agency". No idea what or who this "agency" is (incorrect information anyways). No transparency or any way to corroborate any information received.

No contract available,,, very very bad service and delay in visa processing... They are not forward the visa form to saudi embassy and put blaim on embassy rather than himself (vfs)......

The only positive aspect of this place is that the location is accurate. Unfortunately, everything else is a letdown. The document requirements listed on the website are incomplete and misleading. They fail to mention additional documents like bank statements and apostilled degrees, leading to unnecessary stress and scrambling at the last minute. I witnessed several others in the same predicament. I personally wasted more than a week to get these things which I could have managed if I knew before. The guards and staff are unhelpful and rigid. They refuse to assist with or even review documents until your exact appointment time, making it impossible to address missing paperwork beforehand. For example, I was told to return at 11:30 to collect my passport, only to be informed at that time that an Aadhaar copy was also required. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. If you are turned away due to missing documents, it's considered a missed appointment. As a result, you can only book a new appointment within one week at a premium rate--1.5 times the normal charge. This policy is unfair and adds additional stress and cost to an already frustrating process. My concerns raised through email were met with a dismissive attitude, with the center blaming varying requirements across different missions and shifting responsibility onto clients. There was no effort to address or rectify the issues. Overall, the service here is the worst I have encountered. If you have an appointment, double-check your documents meticulously, be prepared for last-minute requirements, and be aware of the additional costs if you're turned away. I hope this review helps others avoid the same issues.
