Very bad service. They didn't permit us to send parcel just because we are from different location. They told us there were technical issues while others are sending. They told us to send from our local post office without giving any reason on being asked. They wouldn't even talked properly either.

Easily one of the worst post offices in Delhi. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to the public's time. Simple queries are met with arrogance, and there is zero accountability for delays or service issues. A quick look at recent online reviews shows a growing number of unhappy customers reporting the same unprofessionalism. I urge the higher authorities to investigate the management here and ensure the staff receives basic training in customer service. Today I went Post office to update my mobile number in my Aadhaar card. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I requested the required form, the staff member who was supposed to assist me did not respond and ignored my request, even though the form was right in front of her. I waited patiently for almost an hour and asked again, but she simply said they were not giving out any forms since the office would be closing soon. However, the official closing time was still one hour away (3 PM), so this reasoning was unfair and unprofessional.

The bulk orders counter seems to serve only one business owner who turns up daily with around 100 packets a day, leaving others waiting for hours. Truly disappointing behavior. And there's only one speed post counter, along with this bulk orders/speed post counter. Pathetic service.

Too slow. I went for register post in noon but when my turn came it was past 3 pm so the person told that i have to make it speed post compulsary, as after 3pm they dont take register parcel. I told that i was in line from so long what can i do but he didnt agree and i have to pay for speed post in addition they didnt give my change back and told i dont have change, he offered me stamps which i refused. I wonder how many cash do they collect like this everyday as their extra income.

The staff at the bulk booking counter works very slowly and does not prioritize customers. He lingers around, trying to pass time until his lunch break, making us wait unnecessarily. Recently, Vasant Post Office has also been charging extra fees even after we pay the full base tariff amount, including CGST and SGST. I recently send some parcels and the guy at the counter charged me extra 100rs which was not in the receipt, I gave him 500 and he only returned 95rs even after I ask him for the 100rs he literally ignored me

Horrible experience............we tried to send 8 parcel box, at first the staff said we can send and later on they said they have technical problem and we can't even keep the parcel there we had to bring back all the way to mehrauli........

The staff are very rude and treated According to their mood I waited for 4 hours straight n they keep sending me back n accept others package not following the rules or queue its really disappointing very very bad staff they are not educated n they don't deserved to get paid if they are not working well n follow the rules .
