If you have to bring a bunch of architects and town planners and showcase - "What not to design", this could be the place. Like most Govt buildings in Delhi, this place has inefficient space utilization and extremely poor parking facility. This is a public dealing place wherein Govt officials interact with citizens. The local officers try their best to accommodate the surge in crowds but to no avail. It also has a bus stop right in front.

Sub-Registrar office need improvement. ACs are not functioning or they are just not sufficient. (On 07-Jul2022) Waiting time can be reduced by increasing the staff for the registry. No parking space. You have to park on road/Streets.

I'll say maintenance is very poor No one is maintaining proper queue

Third class offices government taking hevy fees stamp duty but services provided third class , waiting time is too long, ac not working ,no siting capacity for all

The most chaotic sub registrar office I have ever seen. Most of the counters are literally crowded by agents and touts. Appointment time has no meaning or relevance in this office. It's prioritised by the agents. Token number is just to make people fool if you are getting the documents registered by your self. Whole office looks like a fish market with people fighting with each other to get the work steps done. To collect your documents, you again end up in chaos, they will take your documents number and then will make you wait till 5pm to even confirm if the documents is ready. The only saving grace is the current sub registrar as on 26 April 2024. She is hard working and trying to get things done, but unfortunately the responsibility of the chaos is also her responsibility. Hope the relevant higher authority listen to this and improve.

Very poor. Server office / network office keep people waiting all time. People say, they use BSNL network and mostly it is torturous for people who come here for registry. Hope some authority will take note of issues.

All facilities available, If you aren't bringing passport photo. You can get it from outside shops. Car Parking is not good. COVID testing facility available. Staff is good. Work done smoothly.

Clean & modern looks from outside. Helpful staffs. But, people used the wall to remove thumb impression ink. So, entire inner wall in waiting hall is mess. Toilets are having no water, severely leaking, stinking.
