Worst experience with them i would not recommend to anyone. Pathetic services poor behaviour and worst response. I have applied for passport with them on 3rd July and paid 9k to get the passport immediately and try promised max 10 days. I am still waiting for my passport it's not yet delivered and instead of tatkal route they opted for normal route and convinced me to manage everything. But once you paid the money game is over you have to wait and do everything by own. Not even a single thing they did except filling the form. They are lying from the day 1 they promised to pay and we will take appointment within next 3 days and got the appointment for 11th July.
Nice coordination. Madam Gayatri at Hyderabad, coordinated my passport work.
And on the whole everything went off well, inspite of some inherent problems.
