It was wonderful trip I have booked the tour package for Ujjain with my friends.Mr Shivam Gupta provided an outstanding trip. His expertise and dedication ensured that every aspect of our journey was flawless. From arranging transportation to recommending the best local attractions, Shivam's attention to detail was exceptional.

I found it unreliable. Overcharged me for Singapore visa. When I reasoned for the extra charges, they returned my file. But they wasted a weeks time under the pretext that the website was not functioning. No clarity. They are not even authorised agent for processing visa. I have no experience with respect to domestic travel so cannot comment regarding this. The only good thing was they were polite.

We have a nice experience, and fully enjoined the trip.still there is scope for improvement always. Next time you may look for improvement in following On reaching day one check in was a big problem.just imagine person reaching at 10am have to wait for checkin upto 2PM very strange. Hotel at jodhpur was not upto the mark. Food at hotel was ok ok.. Food at chaucki dhani at camp requires wast improvement,specialy in lunch and dinner.we are sorry to say it was not even normal. Seating arrangement was very very congested. Guide at camp and local jaselmer was some what we can say not polite. In public service one should be very polite and graceful specialy for senior citizens. We can end with the comment that shivam and twari were very very cooperative and helped every body with bottom of heart. Twari was always ready doing any kind of help with smiling face. Once again thanks for providing nice trip to us.
