This hospital made me realise the extent to which logic of profit can destroy the ethics, dignity, and purpose of healthcare. I was a very early stage cancer patient seven years ago, yet I was given chemotherapy even when earlier my gyny oncologist was sure I won't need it. Because my friends had fundraised for me and the money had been deposited directly in the account at the hospital, my chemotherapy was always delayed as I was mostly only assigned luxury rooms. Without explanation or informed consent I was given a capsule worth 6K or similar amount with every chemo for nausea. For four years after my treatment I kept struggling to get my gut health back to normal, which in hindsight could be because of that compund in the experimental capsule, but to no avail. Neither did they take responsibilty for it not did they resolve anything for me in the follow ups ever. Even though I was such an early stage patient they told me to have follow ups for ten years for every three months. Because my parents are doctors and I have access to people who have still wellbeing as concern, i myself changed this to once a year after five years of follow ups. Even when I had cancer my gyny onco told me I don't need a Pet CT but since last year the medical onco has been asking me to get Pet CT done for full body without any reasoning. You first pay to visit them, they don't listen to you even for a moment in that visit, then they ask you to get the tests done, if they think you have money they will ask you to take a package (MRI + Pet CT) because who cares if your body suffers with all the dyes and radiation. They need to make money. You pay as much for these tests as you would to get entire treatment elsewhere..insurance does not cover this. Then you pay again to see them with reports. Then they glance at the last statement of the report and pretend that they didn't ask you to do the unnecessary tests..id you have any health issues that started after chemo, they won't listen to it or resolve it. They will be rude, dismissive and disrespectful. My gyny onco left this hospital some years back, probably because she didn't agree with the way things run here. Today was my last visit too. Because even if I won't naturally get cancer again, they will make sure i do with unnecessary dyes, radiation and also bankruptcy. I know it's scary, but if you are in early stages and if only on follow ups try to find an ethical place. Also post my surgery I faced problem with nerve pain for quite some time and they won't take any responsibility for it or guide you for it.

I would like to express my experience to RGIRC for the excellent care and treatment provided to my mother, Mrs. Meenakshi, who was admitted under the supervision of Dr. Vandana for a uterus cyst. Dr. Vandana's expertise, guidance, and compassionate approach have been truly reassuring for our family, and we are deeply thankful for her support. A very special note of thanks to the nursing staff of the Surgical ICU. Their dedication, patience, and kindness in caring for my mother were exceptional. They not only provided medical support with great professionalism but also showed empathy and warmth, which brought immense comfort to my mother and to us as her family. We are truly grateful to the entire team at RGIRC for their commitment to patient care and for making this difficult time easier for us.

Good Doctors and good nursing station. Though it's a new branch of the main from Rohini west. It has facilities. But if you want to get your doctor's for longer time. Prefer to go for the main Branch in Rohini West. But that's so busy. Earlier times in the morning are preferable, also get an appointment ahead on phone. It's simple just give your ID or passport number and the Cellphone number and than they will arrange you an appointment of your desired Doctor. It's that simple.

Dr. Kapil Sir is not only an excellent oncologist but also a truly compassionate human being. During one of the most challenging times of our life, he stood by us like a pillar of strength. His medical knowledge is remarkable, but what sets him apart is the kindness and emotional support he gives to his patients and their families. He never hesitates to help, no matter the time or situation. He patiently answers every question, no matter how small, and always makes sure we feel comfortable and hopeful. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, we were able to face cancer with more courage and faith. We are deeply thankful for everything he has done for us. May God bless him always for the care and support he gives to so many families.thanks you so much

My uncle's cancer treatment was handled with both precision and empathy at RGCIRC, Niti Bagh. The doctors took the time to ensure we understood every part of the process, and the support staff was always there when we needed them. It's rare to find a hospital where you feel genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as part of their family. We'll always be grateful for the care he received.
