The security guard allowed us to enter only after 09:20AM. Whole passport document verification took about 30 minutes, depending on your token number. Entire process was done smoothly without any issues.

The staff of passport office taking too time for the launch as it is for 30min they take 45mins. I asked that launch is over they said wait kro bs This is not good. Both counter have problem I prefer you to take appointment to other PSK centre avoid this.

My rating will have been in NEGATIVE given an option. Never CHOOSE THIS CENTRE FOR PASSPORT SERVICE. No AC, no lift, slow fans, no proper ventilation. I think in winters this venue will be comfortable but NOT DURING SUMMERTIME. No information boards, no one to handle queries. Never expected such PSK also exists. I chose this centre only because I was getting closer dates but better it would have been if I have waited. With just three desks they are managing large numbers. Worst than a Ration distribution centre in Delhi. Look at the line and people sweating without proper ventilation. Why this centre is existing? If this is the service we are getting then where is our fee getting wasted???? Pathetic and never expected such a centre. Can't even imagine that such kind of centre also exists in this land.

I was hesitant to go to this Kendra after seeing the previous reviews, but pleasant surprise was waiting for me. It's pretty quick, our four applications are all done in less than an hour; three officers working there, very professional. Yes, there is no parking place; one should take a cab or auto, but that's not a hassle. I am quite happy that we came here.

Very negative because experience at other psk had been very good recently. Later realised that it was a post office PSK and not an original PSK being maintained by professional organisation like. TCS. Lethargic and unprofessional approach and poor equipment and infrastructure add another feather to its Cap . Despite not many people (around 10-15 only) in waiting it took me more than 2 hours, including lunch time. Really pathetic. Please avoid this popsk.

Good experience, They asked me to fill a new form annex J apart from aadhaar, pan and 10th marksheet, due to non marriage certificate, else everything was good. Good behaviour staff, Got my passport in less than 10 days. Thanks

Usually the office opens 9.30 AM to 10 AM. If anyone appointment at 9.00 to 10.00 Am, they have to wait outside the office.

Pl note it is a POPSK (Post office PSK) & not a PSK. Pros: 1) Almost no wait time 2) Staff is good 3) Neat & clean Cons: 1) Located on very Narrow Road 2) Advisable to go via cab / two wheelers and not by own car (otherwise park car 500-700m away on slightly less narrow road) 3) No A/C in premise (since its a post office) 4) Photo quality of your image on passport (your photo that will be clicked) will be average; two reasons for this (a) They use normal Camera (b) due to heat your face will get sweaty 5) In case you need a print out, there is only one shop outside/ near POPSK & it charge exorbitant (20 per page)
