Nearby Kalka ji Metro Station Gate No 3, exit from Gate No 3 trun left side then after few steps go right Passport sewa Kendra is also in same building.

I was scared about the staff. Because generally govt. staff behave very rude. But, my experience was totally different. Very well behaved and educated staff. I have seen soo far in govt. office till now. Staff is polite. That's all we want as a customer from govt. staff. Although there were only 2 staff available but they were working really fast. I had some issue with my aadhar photocopy it was way too dark. Note:- Carry Light photocopies of your aadhaar card & passport and do carry original documents that's all they need from you. Very bad experience. Visited there on 20 Aug.2022 at around 13.20hrs, while the lunch break was going on. First counter had 3 customers in queue, and the second one had one. I preferred the second. The computer of the second counter was being repaired then. All of a sudden the staffs of the post office came back to duties but only the first counter became functional and it was told that the first would only function, compelling us to queue far behind the first counter queue, then became far longer. I most politely asked the post master madam that sending us at the last of the other counter was unjust, but pooling the only three of us from the other queue could be alternatively served in the lone functional counter. Instead of understanding my point the post master lady very rudely shouted on me by directing to join the beeline in the counter next. When I asked the reason of such unprovoked rudeness, she further shouted and told that I could do whatsoever I could but she would misbehave like this within 'her post office' premises, sounding as if that was any ancestral or personal property! I reminded her the fact that she was there as we customers were outside, but nothing could cool down her bad temperament. On repeatedly asking the lady still refused to tell her name, but hardly bothered whether I would complain or not! I personally feel that the poor customer satisfaction of the post offices across the country could compel the general public to switch over to other alternatives like private parties finally resulting the closure or privatisation of post offices in the same line like LIC.

Good location as far as parking is concerned. Not very crowded unlike the general Nehru Place market. The lane is mostly lined up by government offices.

Worst experience..... Illiterate staff.. No sence of talking to costumers... There are old age workers who do not have any experience how to operate computers. In such a rush area of Nehru place all staff member of post office are so careless and they also doest want to work . Govt would take appropriate action to them and replace them with young and energetic employee.. Govt should take action with these employees...

The best staff, who are so caring, making things so much simple and comfortable for the people aspiring for passport. I really give a hat's off to such loyalty of the staff and also salute the government for keeping such people. I would like to recommend few names who are the real asset for this department. The service was good. Polite workers. 3 ques and all basic post office facilities available here like speed post, stamps, etc.

I've been here 4-5 times, employees are always in holiday. No cooperation
