Jungpura Post Office

Worst of the worst service. My atm was delivered at some random Dukan wala who is not even close to my building.When I tracked it got delivered but I never received so I enquire at the post office,that's how I came to know they delivered at random person.That too i ddnt received any msg or phone call from them but they say they called me and my room was locked for quite which is totally a lie. In another instances instead of delivering at the door step they would called,when I told them the address they ignore and return the parcel to post office.It's been two three time that I took my parcel from the post office. It's so pathetic pathetic service.

Pathetic service Even the delivery guy his name is jagpal singh,ruthness level can't put into words. He called me in office hours so I gave him an add to leave the parcel n even give him a phone no to call if he come when iam in office, explained properly, i don't know what language he understands i told him in Hindi n English n he told me not to call him anymore. What is wrong with this people!?

I regularly visit this post office to send speed posts, and the experience has been consistently awful. The employees are extremely lazy and often speak in a rude manner. They frequently go for long breaks, completely disregarding the prescribed timings, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily. Another major issue is the lack of change. I've been asked to go out and find change over 20 times, which is highly inconvenient. It's shocking that they never have enough change for their own services. Additionally, the staff is incredibly slow. It can take up to 20 business days to complete even a single post, which is unacceptable. They seem untrained in basic tasks like typing, leading to delays that no customer should have to tolerate. If I had any other option, I would never use this post office again. Highly disappointing and frustrating service.

The place is approx. 600 metres from Bhogal red light on Mathura Rd. close to roundabout in I block of Jangpura. Normal hours of operations are from 9 to 4, except on Saturday, when one can opt for Speed Post or Registry only till 2 o'clock. Though the place is on road but sometimes a person misses as it is covered from trees on one side.

Pathetic delivering service, they put any reason for not deliverable. They did not even call or visit my home to diliver my parcial and mentioned any reason. This has not happen once or twice it's been multiple times. Worst2 worst service ever.... M gonna raised complains to upper level.

The staffs in this post office are so unprofessional and unethical. They're very racist as well. Being from the northeast part of India and just because I look different they gave the worst service possible. Have no sense of responsibility and never does their work right. There's literally very less customers over there but the pace they do their work is super slow. They also purposely put the weight and the measurements a lot and charged way more than it should be. When I sent my parcel in the Lajpat Nagar PO for the same weight and size I sent here it charged me around Rs. 300 for normal courier but here the old guy just by looking at me and got annoyed that I'm from the NE he put a lot of the measurements and charged me Rs. 500. Disgusting. I don't recommend anyone to even visit this PO. They don't even deserve one star but there was no option for giving minus

Worse service Fir the 2nd time I didn't receive my parcel, they post didn't found the person. Before 2020 I received parcel at the same address.
