India Post Post Office

I had a good experience at this post office - the staff was helpful, polite and managed the work efficiently. However, the office suffers from frequent Internet issues, which often causes delays and leads to arguments between customer and staff, even though it is not clear the staff fault. The infrastructure is also quite outdated and could really use ab upgrade to improve overall experience. If you are coming by metro, the nearest exit is Gate Number 8 (Rajiv Chowk) and the post office is just a short walk from there......

Well no words for this gem of a place..We need more activities n postcards for all visitors to write to their near n dear ones..Chitthi exchange khatt ka bhandar postcard swaps postcrossing members booth-All this need to be promoted at the Indua Post Office.Sadly their collaboration with wwf for candles was very nice which abruptly went off due to personal usurp of its sales money..We need more postcards n chichi exchanges booths.Please keep all the extra paper waste magazines envelopes or anything that can be used by postcrossers for their exchangesIt's surprising to know that there is absolute no mention and sale of postcards n post crossings in the post office.

A usual India Post Office dealing in postal services of a wide range of articles/parcels/letters etc. and certain savings instruments/products/money orders. The premises could have been made more presentable, counters more live and duly attended. Located in a prime area of the city, Connaught Place; the appeal of the Office is very dull and only one multi purpose counter live with long queue/waiting time at a given time, is a sheer waste of otherwise big premises and logistics. Seeing the queue, more counters can be made operational to meet the rush at any given time. Premises also not well kept, needs more attention.

Everytime I see post office in a new city other than my home town. I get extremely excited. And here i found it on cannaught place oh man literally i was so happy to see. And j dedicate this review to my father who is post master and my sister who is MTS in Department of posts India. This post office is located at very cute location and as other post offices this has no difference inside. But yes they have good advertisments.

Worst post office with 3rd class staff and services. The staff is so rude. You have to stand there for 1-2 hours just because only a single person is sitting on the counter taking parcels and that too as slow as the speed of turtle. pathetic post office with pathetic services.

Located at Metro Gate No. 7 and just beside ICICI Bank. Staffs are very cooperative. Fast Services. The post office needs to be renovated.

It's. Nice place and it can also recommend for investment for tx deduction under 80c, adhar enrollment or updation, courier etc...

Normal post office along with aadhar center. I was surprised to see that Ganga Jal is sold here.
