I was not enough confident while placing a courier service order from Global India Express but then I gave it a try, they packed my parcel carefully & perfectly and picked it up. I got the tracking details and it was updated timely as I was keep checking it, I got my parcel in just 5 days from India to UK although their shipping time is 6-9 or maybe 10 business days but I got my parcel in just 5 days and it was intact. Now on, I am gonna ship my parcel from Global India Express bcz of their awesome service. Thank you Team Global India Express

The parcel was picked up from our home in India on Sunday and was successfully delivered in Seattle by Thursday, which is truly impressive. The entire process was smooth, timely, and professionally handled. Pickup was prompt, packaging guidance was clear, and tracking updates were accurate throughout the journey. Most importantly, the delivery reached safely and within the committed timeline. I genuinely appreciate the efficiency and reliability of the team. I have only one request/advice to anyone who wants to ship their stuff internationally - please please do not use the services of Global India Express...YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME. We had to ship our items from India to Australia, and we were in a rush and busy with our travel arrangements. Unfortunately we decided to move our household stuff with this stupid company "Global India express". Our point of contact Mr. Gopal Jha (the smooth talker), he advised us to pack our stuff and prepare a list of the contents. We were told that our stuff would be picked up from our home in Kerala and shipped to Delhi, where they will be unpacked, inspected and repacked with "even better packing" (this is the biggest lie). We packed every item meticulously and created a list (11 boxes in all, every item well packed with bubble wrap and listed). It was picked up from our home and sent to Delhi. Then the items arrived in Australia after a long delay of close to 20+ days (11 boxes arrived in 3 different consignment), the surprise/shock unfolded...there was no packing in the carton boxes, moreover the boxes they packed our stuff was in absolutely crappy boxes. They simply dumped all of our stuff in the carton boxes with no packaging. They even removed items from their original boxes and just threw them around. All items were thrown in randomly in different boxes in an absolute mess (see images). As a result a lot of items were damaged. Even worse, they stole a lot of our items (more than 30 items are missing). Mr. Gopal had earlier informed me that they had removed 5 items from the shipment and it would be returned back to my home address, however, till date he hasn't. The worse is, when I confronted Mr. Gopal about all this, he simply refused to take my calls after that. I then sent an email to their useless customer support department with no use. There's another idiotic thing these guys have done. They charged me for shipping the items via "Aramex", but choose to ship via some crappy company called "couriersplease.com", which as expected is another shady company like Global India express. Guys, just one request... if you want your shipment to reach on time and intact, please choose some better reputed company like DHL, Agarwal packers or Maersk or some other branded company. It may be a little expensive, but it will save you a lot of headache and your precious cargo. Trust me, once these guys get your hard earned money and your goods in their hands, their's no accountability. Try looking up on their website to find the email address of any responsible person like the Managing director or any nodal officer to whom you can escalate the issues... you will find none. This shows their intention. Finally have a look at the images attached, the damage we have incurred is tremendous. Apart from the damage, there's a lot of missing items. Overall we have incurred losses more than 20,000. Conclusion: I will NEVER recommend Global India Express pvt. ltd, Delhi, India....they are cheaters and fraudsters.

I want to share my experience with Indian Express Courier and especially Neeraj. He has been extremely helpful and professional. I honestly didn't expect my courier from Delhi to reach the UK (Scotland) within just 10 days, but he delivered it so fast. This is now my third time using their service, and every time they've been very cooperative, quick to answer calls, and always replying instantly. Neeraj really goes out of his way to support customers, and I appreciate that a lot. Their service is reliable, fast, and customer-focused. I'll definitely continue choosing them and highly recommend them to others.

Excellent service! Contrary to the experience we have had with other couriers in India this company is by far the best in terms of service and accuracy for packages delivered on time. Everything is transparent from the boxing of the items to the real time tracking information from start to finish. We will be using this service again and will surely recommend to family in India.
