Overall good experience but for adhar card update 9:30 is time for token before that you have to be there because 30 token will be shared earch day for update 50 rs is chargeable for each person, and post is at good location ..

Here comes the post office nearest to my abode but unfortunately the work I needed to be done wasn't available due to the pandemic. I wanted to get the details of Aadhar Card to be updated but upon reaching I got to know that now this task is being handled by Mehrauli Post Office. And its better to do online rather getting in grip of Mehrauli system flow . As they have too early morning operating window specifically for Aadhar related stuff. Staffs are good and supportive here at Chattarpur post office . Manitaing social distance and availability of hand sanitizer are lacking at this site.

Cheap staff!! Always shout if we ask anything. They focus on playing mobile games instead of helping the customers !!! Parcels are kept in floor like garbages !!! No proper support or no deliver. They don't deliver parcels even if you do in speedpost too..

Good place, good location niyar by mettro and parking available but not for cars except 1 or 2.

I visited this location to add a mobile number to my mother's Aadhaar and to create an Aadhaar card for my child. It was a less crowded place, allowing me to complete my work in under an hour. The lady staff member was extremely polite and professional, a quality that is rare to find in offices nowadays. Most staff in other offices tend to be quite rude. She managed everything beautifully, and my work was completed in no time.

The lady sits here denies to enrol a new Aadhar. She says you need to visit Dhaula Kuan centre for new enrolment . Upper authority should look into this matter. These kind of sarkasri people are shame for our society.

The unorganized and unnecessary queue to get help on any posts-related queries & concerns. I went to get a revenue stamp and had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get it
