Absolutely Terrible Experience Where do I even start with AQCS? This has hands down been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company or service. Completely disorganized, shockingly unprofessional, and borderline negligent. First of all, communication is a joke. You'll be lucky if you get a reply within a week--if at all. And when they do respond, it's vague, unhelpful, and half the time they don't even address your actual concern. It feels like you're talking to a bot that doesn't care. The people handling things seem either totally unqualified or simply don't care. Deadlines were missed repeatedly, important documents were mishandled, and I was given incorrect information more than once--causing major delays and extra costs. They make big promises up front, but once they have your money, it's like you don't exist. I had to practically beg for updates and still got excuses every time. There's no sense of urgency, no accountability, and zero professionalism. I wouldn't recommend AQCS to my worst enemy. If you're considering using them--don't. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the headache. This place is a disaster.

AQCS staff is excellent! Kudos to Santhosh Sir and Priyanka Ma'am, they were extremely supportive & helpful to me for importing my pet from US to India. I got NOC within 6 hours and Final Clearance in 30 mins. I was directly in contact with them via email and whatsapp and they guided me about the updated requirements for importing to India. The entire procedure is free of charge while agents are charging Rs.20k for the same.

Horrible experience! A clear exemplification of notorious working image of government offices in India. First of all, even in 21st century, traveling with a pet from abroad to India falls under foreign trade which is neglecting the fact that pets are living beings. The application portal only accepts Indian debit/visa cards which is not acceptable. I appreciate Dr. Abhijeet's availability and quick responses over email however there is so much lack of clarity on what one should do immediately after landing. The information written on the NOC seems conflicting with what was expected from us. The person at the airport who was supposed to deal with our case was misleading us and was hinting towards calling on his personal phone for 'guidance'. AQCS doesn't have any staff at the airport and expect us to visit their office immediately after traveling (~24-30 hours of journey) just to get a clearance certificate post entry and before leaving the country. They book you an appointment at a specific time for this, only for you to realize that there are at least 20 other applicants who were given the same time slot and were made sit outside the office for several hours. The worst part of the process is that rather than having a proper health check up of the pet by a licensed veterinarian, it was done by their technicians/office boys who do not know anything to look beyond the presence of microchip as a sign of health clearance. I am sure this review will have no impact on their service but still wanted to share this experience with other pet parents who would like to travel to India with their fur babies and build their expectation accordingly.

With all respect to other employees of AQCS Delhi, Dr Abhijeet Kumar is simply the most sympathetic, guiding, finding solutions in the complicated AQCS procedures and empathetic. In fact, he is a great assett to AQCS and the Ministry of Animal Husbandry. How I wish all government officials were like him. I had a positive experience transferring my cat to Finland. I arranged everything independently and e-mailed AQCS for an appointment two months in advance, and received the details of the appointment the very next day. Finland's pet transfer requirements I checked beforehand were: 1. Up-to-date vaccination records (last year) 2. Deworming records, preferred but not necessary 3. Microchip with certificate (only post-microchip vaccinations considered) 4. Rabies titre test with EU-specific limit 5. EU model health certificate signed by a local vet and AQCS 6. 90-day waiting period in India after titre test release My AQCS appointment was 3 days before departure. After inspection and submitting necessary documents, I received the NOC the same day without any cost. Doing some research beforehand is essential, and all required information is available on their website.

Great experience! Very professional, helpful and efficient. Particular thanks to Dr Abhijeet, who went out of his way to accommodate us (and the tired dog and cat) during lunch time to provide the permanent NOC after a long travel and flight to New Delhi. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience talking and connecting with the AQCS office. Specially Dr. Abhijeet is a great human being. His guidance and support really helped me. Dr. Abhijeet is very helpful and supportive. I would recommend that any one who needs any information with regards to their pet should reach out to him directly rather than spending huge amounts connecting with agents since the process is very simple and straightforward.
