Dum Dum Post Office

Very bad service. All staff and delivery person. My important documents was not delivered in delivery address an no call. Return without resion....I am so unsatisfied

I recently visited Dumdum post office to rectify details on my cousin's Aadhar card, but the experience was appalling. Despite having an online token, the staff at the counter refused to assist me. When I asked what I could do to resolve the issue, the person harassed me and told me to come back after two months due to a waiting period. I then approached another counter, hoping for a solution. However, the lady there asked me to open a recurring deposit account before she could help me. This feels like a clear case of greed and extortion. It's unacceptable that a public service office like the post office is prioritizing personal gain over helping citizens. The staff's attitude and arrogance are frustrating, and I witnessed two others facing the same issues while I was leaving. I strongly advise against visiting this post office for official document services. The staff's behavior is unprofessional, and their priorities are misplaced. I will be sharing photos of the staff members responsible for this poor service.

This the head of this circle . It has lot of duties and responsibilities . Inner space is Comparatively less spwaralling with respect to the volume of customers . Has facility of speed post and registered letter sending as well as money gram , post office savings , providing pensions so on . But unfortunately the main entrance is too narrow to enter for the elderly people. No easy access for the disabled people . No hand railling for the infirms to climb the stairs . The authority should look into the matter .

They never deliver on time. Will never even do the delivery instead they will blame the addressee and fabricated records. Really poor service.

Today I visited this post office,if I have gave a rating that would be a 0 they don't deserve 1 rating also.The kind unprofessional and unethical behaviour they show towards customer is worst . please don't ever visit this post office.Very poor service I must say and rude behaviour.

It's a post office with all the associated services plus passport seva kendra as value added service

Everything is in as per order. The behaviour of the staffs are quite cooperative.In PSK ,there is no sitting or waiting arrangement for the visitors.

Some few service may be satisfactory but not good enough (like passport ) otherwise rest of the service is worst as the staffs who are communicating with public their behavior is unethical and rude towards the customer.
