VFS Visa Application Centre

Editing my earlier rating. Although visa application was sent in smoothly. But there was hardly any communication when it came to collection of passport. When I went there I was told timing was between 1-2PM but this should have been intimated to me beforehand so that I could plan accordingly. It could have been done in 5 min but they I had to sit for over 2+ hours just to get my passport. And it seems the VFS team in Lucknow is more interested in asking the applicants to post good reviews in Google with their Names. Rather than solving the issue. But every review you see over here with any persons name was done on the request of that same person. Not sure how that helps

Very slow working of the staff and a lot of delaying in the work... and the whole process was very cumbersome took our whole day not satisfied with their service. My appointment time was 12.30 pm they free me at 4 pm . They insisted to avail lounge services which is very costly and if you deny for that , they take unnessory long time to perform whole process .
