UIDAI (Aadhaar) Regional Office, Lucknow

Very bad experience The behavior of all the employees is very poor. They all treat the office like their own ancestral property/fiefdom. They do not properly explain the solution to problems and they scare people away from the office. The UP Government should take strict action against these officials

I am not giving any rating to this regional office where workers are not performing your job & responsibilities. Aadhaar card had linked to every service to EPFO, School, colleague system but system is not able to handle it due this failure 50% People of India are struggling with this uidai services. I am shocked to know that in a small rural area (Distt- Baghat) peoples are to much struggling with Adhar card services. Who have the responsibility for to update & correction they are tell resident a different-2 story about uidai services & making critical task to update Aadhar card information for a resident. I request to these management members & staff who are operating uidai services & responsible. It's my humble request to all staff doesn't make this critical for public.

Worst place...the staff does not know how to talk...very bad behaviour...they don't even have the courage to atleast tell what is the way to correct the documents ..they don't even explain what's the problem in your documents...and how u can correct your documents...they don't even listen the problem of the person...

UIDAI (Aadhar) Regional office Lucknow is situated at Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow on the 3rd Floor of UP state Construction & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Office Building near Lohia hospital Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow. It is a Government office which provides the aadhar related services to the citizens of India.

They were amazing with my neurodivergent child. Kudos to the entire staff. Kindness and patience goes a long way specially towards children.

The behavior of the staff here is very bad, they do not give any information nor do they tell anything correctly to anyone, if I ask for punches then they misbehave and send me away, I have even lost consciousness.

Very bad service. My issue has not been resolved properly even after repeated requests. No proper guidance or support provided by UIDAI Lucknow office. Extremely disappointing experience.
