Passport office is located inside this building It opens by 9 am . You can visit there as per your appointment time and date ,ensure you reach there 15 minutes earlier. Pros : located just near to the sachivalaya metro station and after that 100 MTRS walk in the same lane and the building is on the road itself so easy to locate,if you are travelling by car then you have to pay for parking. Inside the passport office everything is so smooth and organised like token system and display of token number and as per that you can go to selective cabin number . Cons: place is not well maintained ,you will also find middlemen there so don't fall in their trap ,enquire at the desk. Cleanliness can be improved.

The premises are clean, clearly marked, and managed in an orderly manner despite heavy footfall. Important points for applicants: Verified Aadhaar with green tick mark is required (mobile number must be linked for OTP verification). High School/Matriculation mark sheet is accepted as Date of Birth proof only if Birth Certificate is not available. For individuals born on or after 1st October 2023, a Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority is mandatory--school certificates are not accepted. Overall, PSK Lucknow follows rules strictly but ensures a transparent and efficient process. Highly recommended to check document requirements in advance to avoid delays.

Had a very smooth experience, staff so cooperative and good, got there on time, and in 1 hour everything processed from token generation to file acknowledgement(completion). Keep your documents handy, and watch the token queue for your turn. There will be crowd at the counters ( civic sense issues) but keep sitting until your token is displayed and your name will be called, show respect and take respect.

The presence of touts outside is a real problem, and they seem to have connections inside. It's concerning that I had to be warned about middlemen. If you have appointment and all documents. Then it's a breeze to get work done.

Guys whnever u cross the gate then right side for adar card and straight side for passport office. Beaware from these dalal people, when u asked where is paspport or adarcard office then u will stuck badly, according to your mentality they will charge you high amount. After making passport they will stand near tge entrance office and will ask"have u get any problem while renewing or making passport" kindly ignore them. I dnt understand that why hazratganj police dnt understand they should be there for security purpose. 2nd thng these dalal people spit gutka pan masala here and there. sb milii bhgt hai
