This post office is situated in Vrindawan Colony with PIN CODE - 226029. Nearby Post Office other than this situated at SGPGI. But looking about infrastructure of the Post Office, not good. No back up for electricity. If electricity failure occurs, customers waiting at the post office in small area. Staffs are not co-operative or behahaving rude with customers. Staffs doing time pass with mobile and no one care about customers. Not a proper reply given by them. Printer not working, electricity back-up not available, other instruments for working not available with staff or no idea about instry etc. For every thing, they replied - "Management se baat karo". Worst experience with this post office.

It is well situated in vrindavan sector 6 inside people residence which is something make this place congested actually. Connected with streets road which is easily accessible. As it is typically government office where you cannot expect better customer service . Basic features of indian Post office available.

Vrindavan post office or Vrindavan SO Practically the only post office for the Vrindavan locality and all kinds of postal services are available here with all government's affordable housing rates. But the service and staff behavior toward customers was pathetic and they even won't answer your queries properly. Etiquette and orientation of staff must be soft towards the public and individuals.

No staff for Aadhar Card work and from when they will be available, no one have answers.

Very unprofessional staff no decency at all. These govt staffs think they are doing favour by doing the task they are getting paid for. They will just give false information just to save the tiny amount of efforts by them.

From two days the parcel has reached the nearest location ,but still not delivered , India post is worst courier service ,taking more than 15 days to deliver something

Pathetic service, even if your address is located next to the SO, they will not deliver speed post/registered post and mark "address not found" or "door closed" while house is very prominently visible and has a well know landmark mentioned in address. Someone always there at home and waiting for the post, but 5hey do not attempt to deliver. It's been multiple times they have updated wrong status, and refuse to deliver important mails.
