There is no respect for a common man in this building... Sad to see some people are scolded by the authorities.. If the instructions are not communicated properly it is their responsibility instead don't be arrogant against the people... I saw one officer scolding arrogantly against village old woman... Support the people don't treat like slaves and I won't forget mentioning that rude woman in B counter and that rude arrogant spectacle weared man in a separate room in C counter so rude... Uneducated, village people, old people will suffer a lot... Government should know we are tax payers and we follow rules properly don't be rude against us... Do proper good service don't show your strength... Respect every citizens with good service... .

I come with my father to update his expired pasport. The report time was 11.00am and now the time was 3.00 pm still he is inside the pasport office I think there is salary balance for the central government employees.The most wonderful think is there is no seating areas for these people's.

Worst behaviour from the staff, treating us like shit especially the DPO. Behaving as if we are their servants worst experience. Kindly don't prefer this PSK

Very bad service outside There is no enough chair for the people Elderly people are standing outside during summer for many hours. Please put enough chairs at least.

Your typical government office. Then try to make the process fast but it's still a pain in the back. Just went here for passport cv, spent 4 hrs in this office. But it's air conditioned, I think that's a plus point. Yeah if you come here for any thing related passport, you are likely to spend at least a couple of hours. A small parking area is a available. If you visit this place in peak hours of the year, you will probably have to spend the day here. Hmm...yes that's all. Good luck.

Walkable distance from the MGR bus stand. We want to wait sometime for the time of your batch arrives. After entering into the PSK the process will be ended within 1 hour. They working as quick as possible. The staffs are very polite and also advisor to move further after this. They are offering one leather pouch for passport at 3 different rates(350, 480, 550) rate may varies, but the pouch looks like a mens purse which holds ATM cards etc.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Passport Seva Kendra. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no respect to the applicants, especially the elderly and those unfamiliar with the process. Instead of offering guidance or assistance, they spoke harshly and behaved in an unfriendly manner. It felt like we were being treated like a burden rather than citizens seeking a basic service. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a government service center. I hope the authorities take this seriously and improve the behavior and training of their staff.

I went for my passport renewal and my child's fresh application.i have included my spouse name in my passport and i have marriage certificate with photo still my child's application was rejection due to my husband passport is not added with my name .however when I referred internet it is not mandatory to add spouse name in both of the parents passport. Staffs are very rude they think themselves as god
