For passport they will capture the photo. So dress well. It will take an entire day. So don't preplan any other activities on the day before 5pm. Only good thing is AC inside.

I don't understand the service of This passport office .they don't have proper parking facility the local peoples have a shop beside the passport office in the same building and he is dominating and warining to park the vehicle if not.he is making damage with the vehicle.the appropriate officials should take care of this and take immediate action regarding this issue.

Everything is very well arranged and Good . All staffs are kind and support Two suggestions - (1) Provide a AC Hall with sufficient seat arrangements and Wash Room / Refreshment counter out side the queue . (2) Implement a QR Code and Recording voice caller for First Floor - so that you can reduce calling by sound voice like hospitals .

Good we have Passport Seva Kendra at tirunelveli.. but there is no parking space and there is no waiting area. If we go with friends or family to apply passport.. they only only the applicant the other need to stay out in the hot sun... Need arrange proper facility for the people come with the applicant... If u don't come with Xerox no worries.. they have Xerox option inside the office... Be alert with ur name and token number.. and bring the needed orginal documents with the proper name ... Have wheelchair path as well

Bring Pen with you. I repeat bring pen. You have to self attest the Xerox copies. And only xerox copy you can take inside by providing the physical document. No mail or WhatsApp sharing to take print out. Keep change also. No UPI payment available. Staffs are really kind and helpful.

They call you politely, announce the appointment time, do a thorough checkup, and entry in.

Today we visited the office for a passport appointment for my baby. The person sitting at counter B was speaking in a rude and arrogant manner, as if he were the Prime Minister of India. He said he would send the OTP only once, and if it wasn't received, we would have to book a new appointment and come again with the baby just to resend the OTP. If he is not willing to do his job properly, he should consider working elsewhere. Showing anger or disrespect towards the public is unacceptable. I kindly request our government officials to please train the staff on how to speak respectfully with citizens. After all, it is the taxpayers who are paying their salaries. I intend to raise this issue with higher authorities. Thank you
