Post 1: Recently booked a Manali family trip with this agency, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Everything is handled by multiple subcontractors, so nobody gives proper answers and every issue just gets pushed around from person to person. This is honestly one of the worst travel experiences of my life. The hotel they suggested in Manali was ridiculous -- we had to walk through drainage areas and farmland just to reach it, which was extremely difficult for kids, and they never bothered to inform us beforehand. Our luggage wheels were damaged because of this terrible access. In Shimla, the hotel was even worse. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the food was bad, it was far away from nearby shops, and shockingly, we even found condoms in the room. Completely unacceptable and disgusting service! Post 2: Why weren't we informed about the roadwork in advance? If you had communicated this properly, we could have planned an alternative. Our trip was 6N/7D, and 3 nights of stay were completely ruined because of poor planning and mismanagement. In Shimla, we booked for 2 nights but were forced to vacate after just 1 night due to the horrible room condition and hygiene issues. Yet, you refunded only the heater charges and not even a single night's hotel amount, which is a huge loss for 5 families. I do appreciate that you rearranged the hotel in Manali, but even that happened only after multiple follow-ups and long discussions, which added more stress during the trip instead of relief. Because of this, we lost money, comfort, and most importantly, our valuable time. This trip was supposed to create memories, but instead it turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment.

One of the best agency for your travel needs. They have made our Sri Lanka trip a most enjoyable moment. We all 8 members as a group loved the stay. Flight booking also they booked cheap than other agencies based on the enquiry.
