DTDC COURIER

Very much satisfied with the service. Had a superfast delivery from Coimbatore to Pune . The items were well packed and was delivered perfectly as wished .

The charges are arbitrary. They charge randomly based what items you send. Not based on the weight. Professional courier is better.

Worst customer service ever. The following incident has happened several times. I think it is time to write a review. I was waiting in the booking counter for a while and the employes were not even bothered to ask me for the purpose of my visit. Their manners was absolutely dreadful. When I confronted the floor manager, he was in utter denial. I think the manager must be sent for some training in "Customer Services" before anyone else. After all they forgot it's the customer who pays for their bread and butter. More over the tracking system used by DTDC doesn't tell you about the current location of your package and the delivery is always delayed at least by a day. Choose Professional courier, they are just Rs.5 expensive than DTDC but you will get good service and on time delivery.

Service is good. Delivery is on time and the people in the office are polite and courteous. Not much scope for expansion considering the space availability. Air conditioning is available.

A nice place with good staff. The staff deal customers with great care and packs the item neatly, wherever required. The items are sent in time . The drawbacks are it's poor visibility and parking constraints..

Send laptop to Chennai delivered on time

1. Limited service locations (no service to Karaikal). 2. High and false billing (They write the actual bill amount only in the customer copy and we don't know how much they mention in the original booking slip) which means they loot money from the customers.

VERY VERY WORST SERVICE. booked chennai to coimbatore parcel and i paid highest courier fee. they said that they will deliver by next day. but its been 3day no one called my no. but they updated in their portal that i requested to deliver another day. fake details provided by staffs . irresponsible behavior. cheating idiots ....
