The person came to our office and asked lot of stupid questions without taking an appointment. He wasted my valuble time. At that time lot of our applicants with appointment were waiting for their turn for the visa purpose. Eventhough I explained maximum questions politely without colleting even a single rupee for Councling. He was not willing to pay. He need free service. W are a travel agent we are not doing free service.

If giving no stars was an option, I'd gladly do that. I went to their office to get some counseling and assistance for my F1 visa application to the US. The way the working lady treated me, very rude answers, at last she was like , if you want you pay or just leave, as if I begged her for something. You might be experts in the field, but if you miss out the basic courtesy of treating your clients, you are unfit to run a business.

Extremely poor service. Their communication is terrible. Asked us to wait for an hour today and then when we asked how much longer it would take, they replied "maybe half an hour". Their office is practically empty. Totally bad experience.
