They have no expertise, no insight, and no accountability towards people that trust their service and pay them a premium only for them to collect a few documents and upload them onto a portal. They were engaged to work on a family member's tourist visa to Melbourne and handled the case in a pathetic manner. When questioned about their credibility, they didn't even bother to answer to emails. Please stay away from them, they DO NOT KNOW what they are supposed to be doing.

Genuine, several times they have helped me sort out insurance,visas . Reasonable charge. Always connected on WhatsApp . Even if we require anything from abroad.. I will recommend this visa agent who is honest, genuine, reasonable charge. They are not greedy at all.

Excellent teamwork. They try their best to help us out of any difficult situation. Recently my son came with a jet air ticket from the USA and when flights were cancelled,he approached them thinking they will not help because tickets were not issued by them. To his surprise they spent more than am hour to sort things out,let him use their phone and even missed their lunch hour to ease his tension. He travelled back safely with his wife and one year old daughter,thanks to Travel air I have always had a radiant experience with them

This is the worst travel agency I have gone through. I booked Andaman Package and My holiday was nightmare just because of this agency. Even though I have given many reminder to book the hotel and ferry, these guys have done nothing. They have not booked the hotel and also the ferry. I had to wait outside the hotel around 3 hours and then finally they offered me a low class hotel for 1 day. They have not sent the pickup to hotel for ferry transfer. I had to call number of times to do even a simple activities which they have committed in the package. My holiday was not pleasant due to several follow-up and tension. I would not recommend this agency for Andaman package.

From 13th to 20th June 2022 utilized their services for char dham trip. Overall experience is unsatisfactory. Lot of improvements in terms of customers satisfaction requires to be done. High charges but poor facilities. OUR REQUIREMENTS WERE IGNORED AND HANDLED IN the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER. Wish and hope customer satisfaction for the charges taken is reciprocated in a fair way. SNOW CREST accomodation at Badrinath is disastrous as food is lousy ALL THE TIMES and there was mob fighting inside the Hotel lobby in the presence of Hotel Snow crest owner. It was risky and lousy for tourists like us. Avoid stay at SNOW CREST BADRINATH HOTEL. Sirsa heights accommodation is still under construction especcialy dining areas are open likely exposure to rain , wind... needs to be taken care. All the Trip members were NOT accommodated at the same place and were flown at far away timings. Resulted in some of the tour members DISCONNECTING from all others throughout the trip. Such things were never informed in advance to the trip. Last minute helpless situation the members are put in to. Genuine requirements of CUSTOMERS SHALL BE TAKEN CARE and given priority. Last minute one sided approach is disastrous and CUSTOMERS ARE KEPT IN COMPLETELY HELPLESS SITUATION. WISH AND HOPE THESE ARE TAKEN CARE FOR FUTURE. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE ULTIMATE.

Have been traveling with them from 2010 . They gave very comfortable and customised tours. I swear on them while traveling they guide you well.

No response after calling... we have to wait for their comfortable timing to get our visa done disappointed... one month I am calling them and every week their favourite dialogue is wait sir we will call u tomorrow . Worst
