They are not attending calls and responsive...very worst

Worst power service ever. In evenings voltage low issue and in mid nights power cut issue's. And they started making one day shut from 9 to 5. Many new born baby's were struggling at night without Electricity early morning shift employees were getting tortured. They don't pic calls. No response either.

Like every government office Poor Poor Poor Electricity service, they I'll never notify or pick the phone while doing power cut. In a week there are three power cuts happening for what reason only god knows. They are not deserving even for two rating

"IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS" .. Never care about people enquiries. They simply tell you "WE DON'T KNOW" "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING" or " THAT'S NOT OUR JOB, VISIT HEAD OFFICE " this what they tell you if you lost your EB card or any enquiries about any EB related problem. They yell at you if you don't have enough change or denominations. So be careful before you pay EB bills. Then you'll roam as street dogs or ready to spend some money.
